This 5* luxury 1st floor apartment sleeps 6 people in comfort, and is ideal for families and couples alike. It is air conditioned/heated and has a very large front balcony (20m2) with chromed railings and perspex panels, very safe for young children.With table and chairs over looking the outdoor pool.
The complex is centred around a magnificent outdoor circular pool with feature bridge and separate children's pool as well as free sun-loungers. The heated indoor pool is made private from the outside by a waterfall feature and is open for use all year round. The complex is set in landscaped gardens, protected by 24-hour security and has an air-conditioned fitness room, games room which offers PC access and a mini club to keep the children entertained.
Set in the ancient town of Side, the apartment offers a fantastic base for your holiday on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey. Located in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood, within walking distance of the old town, shops, restaurants and the beach. The magnificent falls of Manavgat, the protected Sorgun forest and the golf resort of Belek with its six courses are all within a 25 minute drive. There is also a free shuttle bus service to and from the beach for guests staying at the Oasis Residence.

The Mediterranean Coast region
Turkey's Mediterranean shore, called the Turquoise Coast, is nearly 1600 km (994 miles) long, scattered with fine-sand beaches and sprinkled abundantly with classical cities turned to picturesque ruins.
The Turquoise Coast is the first place to think of when you're considering a seaside vacation in Turkey. It has more and better beaches and resorts than does the Aegean coast, and warmer, saltier water than the Black Sea coast.
The Taurus (Toros) Mountains form a dramatic backdrop along much of the coast, often dropping steeply right into the sea, but in some places rivers have washed down enough sediment over the ages to form beaches backed by fertile alluvial plains good for growing cotton, vegetables, and even tropical fruits like bananas.
It is hot in the summer, warm in autumn and spring and mild in winter since the temperatures usually do not drop below 15 degrees.
Side area
Side Turkey is a beautiful upmarket Turkish resort situated on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey. Side lies between the two major Turkish resorts of Antalya and Alanya. Side itself dates back to the Roman Empire when it was a very important trading port, much evidence of this period still remains standing with many more ruins being excuvated. One of the evident land marks of this time is Side's beautiful well preserved amphitheatre, which is still used for concerts during the summer months, with a music festival taking place during the month of September.
A stroll down the main street of Side will bring you to the pretty harbour with many Turkish resturaunts overlooking the bay. Adjacent to Side harbour is the famous Apollo temple where it is said Mark Anthony proposed to Cleopatra. Walk around the Side streets of Side and you will see many old original Turkish houses, some of which have been turned into small pensions.
Whether you want five star luxury or the simple Turkish life style, Side can offer it to you.
There are many activities on offer in Side such as diving, quad biking, horse riding, white water rafting, para sailing, jeep safaris and the beautiful taurus mountains where you can ski in the winter months at Saklikent which is just one and a half hours from Side.

Further details indoors: The double bedroom has en suite shower room and w/c, double wardrobe, dressing table and bedside cabinets. Sliding doors leading onto 2nd balcony. There is a twin bedroom with double wardrobe and bedside cabinet. The main bathroom has large corner jacuzzi bath with separate shower and vanity sink.
The apartment is fully furnished with 2 sofas in living area sattalite TV and DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area seating 6 persons. Fully air conditioned throughout the apartment with additional electric exterior shutters/blinds. Security intercom access to the apartment. We have added a few extra comforts to make your stay with us even better such as an information pack in the apartment giving you all the details you will need to make you stay easy and enjoyble plus! A sateliltte and DVD player with some of the newest releases for you and your family to watch at your leisure.
Further details outdoors: - The complex is beautifully landscaped, with garden areas, fountains and statues. - There are communal roof terraces at the top of each building, where you can sunbathe and take in the fantastic views of the mountains and surrounding area. - The large outdoor pool and kids pool can be seen from the apartment balcony. - The underground secure parking area also contains golf lockers - to save you carrying your clubs to the apartment.

Conditions
STRICTLY NO SMOKING No male or female large groups ( ie stag and hens) Golfers welcome A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to be paid at the time of booking in order to secure the apartment for your stay.
The balance is to be paid 8 weeks before your arrival date.
A security deposit of £100 will be required (at the time of the balance payment) against breakages and the return of the key at the end of the holiday. The security deposit will be refunded to you within 7 days of the end of your stay (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Changeover dates and times are flexible as long as they don't clash with other bookings.
Pre-arrival and after-departure cleaning. Additional cleaning services are available at an extra charge.
Please note: The initial 25% deposit payment is non-refundable. The Security deposit of £100 paid will be fully refunded. (Holiday cancellation insurance is recommended)

Our family enjoyed the 2-week stay in your Oasis-apartment, which is very modern and spacious with all facilities needed. The Oasis apartment complex is located to a quiet, but still quite central area of Side. We could easily walk to restaurants and shops within a few minutes. Just outside the apartment we were tempted by the clean and tidy pool area. However, most of the daytime we spent at the Eastern beach, which was easily reached by the frequent free bus shuttle service. We will recommend a stay in your Oasis apartment to all our friends planning a trip to Side, and we also hope to be back one day ourselves.

I cannot say how delighted we were when we arrived at the apartment early hours of the morning, the accommodation is just fantastic, immaculate, very modern and very spacious.We were so impressed with the staff who worked there too, they couldnt do enough for you. My daughters really enjoyed the outdoor pools and my husband spent most morning in the gym, then cooling off in the indoor pool.All in all we have had a wonderful holiday, and thank you both for all your advice and help Many thanks Cathy & family

Just a note to say how much we enjoyed our stay at your apartment on the Oasis complex. It was beautiful & clean, lovely interior and the view to the pool was excellent. The children thoroughly enjoyed it too and the neighbours were also very friendly. The town of Side was very nice around the harbor and the ride through the ruins was beautiful. We visited Corellies a couple of times and The Korner Bar which were both excellent!
We are very much hoping to visit again next year and would highly recommend your apartment to our family and close friends.

We did enjoy our visit very mutch. The apartment is very nice and spacious. And we were very impressed by the staff, So helpful and nice. The weather wasn't the best but we got some very nice sunny days. This is how it is in wintertime around the Mediteranean Sea, Rainy days it was very nice to have the possibillity to play tabeltennis or billard. Hamas is also a very good choise in wintertime. Osmo went with us one day there.

Hello David and Deborah,
Just a note to say we very much enjoyed our time staying in your apartment at the Oasis Apartments. We found it modern, clean, comfortable, relaxing and tastefully decorated, it also had a great view of the pool from the balcony. The atmosphere in the complex was very friendly, we enjoyed using the games room, gym and outdoor pool which was kept clean. Kaya Homes were very helpful, with a punctual and well organised transfer to and from the airport, also during our stay we contacted Davut, who effortlessly organised car hire for us, with no hassle and no fuss.
We ate out locally and down by the harbour in old Side, the restaurants in the harbour/Bazaar area of Side were more expensive, with pushy staff. However, the local restaurants near the apartments were cheaper, had good food and friendly staff, especially, Allaturca and Koreli's.
Our only disappointment was we only stayed for 1 week, should have had 10 or 14 days, we would definitely like to use your apartment again if we have another holiday in Turkey.
Went to see Alanya, and Dim Cayi, which was in flood as the new dam was releasing a lot of rain water downstream, the eating areas over the river were closed, but were going opening the following Saturday after we left! Though the flood waters were fasinating to watch.

Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely apartment, the accommodation was of a high standard and the decoration tasteful. The oasis complex was fantastic. We found good places to eat nearby, our favourite was the korner bar, we ate there on many occasions and the food was good each time. For a special meal we would recommend 'connies'. We had a good time in Turkey and will return.

Hi Deborah and David we had a great time and your apartment was lovely. As soon as we walked in we were delighted and the view of the balcony was great at night and during the day which meant we could keep an eye on Lucy. The security guards at night and during the day were very helpful and always cheery. We visited the waterfalls, market, all had a turkish bath and Dario had a turkish shave, went to the waterpark and on a boat trip to see the dolphins and turtles and we all parasailed which was an experience, which I have done before singlely but not three at a time. The bus for the Sea Side Bar would pick us up and bring us back giving us free sunbeds and brolleys. We had to take our daughter to Side Hospital with an ear infection, took a while but the treatment she received was execellent and one of the guys that worked for Kaya Homes drove us there. We would certainly come back.

The weather was hot hot hot but the pool was refreshing a great place to meet the other holiday makers and residents - very friendly! There were plenty of nice local restaurants to choose from - just read the Visitors book to get some ideas! A trip to the Green Canyon is must if you want to see some of the fantastic scenary."
