The Mediterranean Coast region
The Turkish Mediterranean Coast offers sunshine 300 days of the year so is perfect for a holiday at any time of the year. In the winter you can ski in the morning and walk along the golden sandy beaches in a T-Shirt in the afternoon. The scenery is beautiful with mountains rolling down to the sea in the Antalya area, ancient ruins from the Roman era in Side and Aspendos and a beautiful castle at Alanya. There is plenty to do in this area for sport enthusiasts including a famous year round golf course in Belek (20 minutes from Side), mountain-biking, ski-ing and walking in the Taurus Mountains and water sports including diving, wind-surfing, parasailing, jet-skiing etc. Essential for a great relaxing holiday, the Turkish Mediterrean offers lovely seafood, Turkish kebabs and Ottoman casseroles, plus very enjoyable wine and beer at affordable prices.
The tourist haven of Side offers so much for the perfect holiday. Lovely stretches of golden beaches, warm clean sea, amazing culture and ruins - the Appollo temple lit up at night is a sight to behold, and amazing sunsets over the sea. On top of all that you have friendly locals who are keen to make your holiday very memorable by giving you great customer service and a good sense of humour. Plus lots of free starters - pide (flat bread), dips and salad are standard free starters when you eat near the apartment. We have been going to Side for the last 5 years and every time we go, I am taken aback at how beautiful the scenery is and the relaxing pace of life. This really is a special place where you can relax, rejuvinate yourself with lovely Turkish baths and massages, and eat and drink exceptionally well for a lot less than the UK or Europe. The Turkish people love children and if you go on holiday with your family, children will always be entertained with children's play areas in most restaurants and waiters keen to give them a treat.

We have just returned from a week in the apartment. What can I say - stunning views, facilities and apartment! It felt like home within hours of arriving, and everything you need is there. The information supplied in the apartment about the area and the accommodation is excellent. I would, and we will, definitely be returning here. Thanks for a fabulous holiday!

"Excellent house and complex"
Went with husband and 2 year old. Had a great time. There was a heat wave but the a.c. Was excellent in the house. Had all the mod cons you need and very spacious. We loved the pool. It was like having a bath it was that warm. Very friendly complex that is close to restaurants and bars. We walked into Side and took in the sights. Used the bus more because of the heat. had a nice day at the East beach. Also went to Istanbul for 4 nights - cheap and easy flights up there from Side. Well worth doing.

"Lovely location - countryside views but close enough to nightlife if desired!"
I stayed here for a week with my husband and 14 month old daughter at the beginning if the season It was my first time in Turkey and I really enjoyed it. The apartment was great -Light and airy with fantastic spaces for dining al fresco and a lovely pool area (sadly it was too cold for us in April!). There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the most amazing take away if you like kebabs! The main town of Side is within walking distance or a short bus ride away. All in all a great place to stay for a reasonably priced holiday.
