Home description
This spacious and well equipped apartment comfortably sleeps 6 Adults (plus travel cot) in air conditioned 5* luxury. Being on the ground floor, it has excellent access, especially with the complex not having lifts. It has a great location on the complex, facing the outdoor pools but also the advantage of having garden area around it which helps keep it private too.
The Oasis complex is centred around a magnificent outdoor circular pool with feature bridge, free sun-loungers and parasols available. There is also a separate shallow children's pool. The heated indoor pool is made private from the outside by a waterfall feature and is open for use all year round, ideal for winter holidays. The complex is set in landscaped gardens, protected by 24-hour security and has an air-conditioned fitness room, cafe-bar with pool table and table tennis, children's games area and free Wi-Fi.
It is ideal for everyone - couples looking for a relaxing break, families with young children that need plenty to keep them occupied, those interested in visiting historical places or a round of golf on a course designed by Nick Faldo. Being near to the town, bars, restaurants and the beaches, you can choose to relax and unwind or pack as much fun into your holiday as you want to.
Set in the ancient town of Side, the apartment offers a fantastic base for your holiday on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey. Located in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood, within walking distance of the old town, shops, restaurants and the beaches. The magnificent falls of Manavgat, the protected Sorgun forest and the golf resort of Belek with its six courses are all within a 25 minute drive. There is also a free shuttle bus service during the peak season to and from the beach for guests staying at the Oasis Residence.

The Mediterranean Coast region
Situated on the Mediterranean coast, Side is hot in the summer, warm in autumn and spring and mild in winter since the temperatures usually do not drop below 15 degrees.
We were able to swim in the sea in November and spent Christmas 2007 & New Year's Day on the beach - with views of snow on the Taurus mountains - absolutely wonderful!
With its 300 days a year sunshine and outstanding natural beauty, the region has become a paradise for sunbathing, swimming, windsurfing, water skiing, sailing, mountain climbing, horse riding and golf.
Visiting the Antalya region in March or April, gives you the opportunity to ski in the morning and sunbathe on the beach in the afternoon.
Combine all of this with its rich culture, history and ancient ruins, its easy to see why the Turkish Riviera has become one of the tourism centres of Turkey. The Duden waterfalls near Antalya are well worth a visit as well as the Aspendos Theatre, which has lots of entertainment going on including ballet, opera and theatre.
Side area
Side (pronounced See-day) lies 60 Km (45 minutes drive) East of Antalya airport and is one of the jewels of Turkey’s Turquoise coast.
Jutting out from an unspoilt coastline of long, sandy beaches, this ancient Roman town, with its magnificent Temple of Apollo, amphitheatre, museum and harbour make it is one of the major archeological attractions in this remarkable country and all within walking distance of the apartment. There is also a free shuttle bus from the complex in peak season to/from the beach.
Vibrant shops, romantic restaurants and atmospheric bars give Side a wonderfully exotic atmosphere. As you walk among the temples, stroll along the beaches and visit clubs built into the ruins of Roman buildings, you will be filled with a sense of being in a very special place. And all the time the people of Side, with their good-natured friendliness, make you feel completely welcome.
Then there are the Manavgat waterfalls, the protected Sorgun forest, cruising the lake in the mountains, white water rafting and canoeing, historical tours and all types of water sports.
In addition, the Golf resort of Belek, between Antalya and Side, is only 25 minutes drive away. There are even golf courses designed by Nick Faldo and Colin Montgomerie.
Top this off with year-round sunshine, brilliant night-life, top-class cuisine and activities to satisfy every taste, we think you will agree that Side has everything that makes for a great holiday.

How to get there
The nearest airport to Side is Antalya which is served by all the main UK airports and is approx 45 mins drive away. Flights to Antalya are all year round.
We can arrange Transfers to and from the apartments - the cost is: £60 (up to 5 people) or £90 (up to 7 people).
Car hire is not essential as all amenities are within walking distance. If, however, you want to explore a bit further afield, Car hire is available in Side for as little as £20 a day, which we can arrange on your behalf. If you want car hire from the airport instead of a transfer, there useful links on our website.
We've found the best option is to check flight prices daily as they do fluctuate enormously - we managed to get return flights for £87 each, when last year we paid £275 each for the same time. But you do have to book them as soon as you see a good deal.
Note: British Airways (www.ba.com) are good value for money in comparison to other airline companies - and you get more leg room, more baggage allowance and can check-in online at both ends, enabling you to choose your seats!
Easyjet (www.easyjet.com) fly to Istanbul, from where you can fly to Antalya cheaply.

Further details indoors: We've really tried to make the apartment home from home and feedback from our guests has expressed how well equipped it is and how comfortable they felt. - The double bedroom has a king-size bed and plenty of storage as well as an en-suite shower room and furnished balcony that overlooks fountains. We've also added a safe which means that you can keep your money and passports etc. locked away. - The twin bedroom has 2 single beds, which can alternatively be made up into a double bed, as there is plenty of bed linen to do so. - The luxury bathroom has a large corner Jacuzzi bath as well as a separate shower and large vanity sink, which has lots of storage for your toiletries and endless bottles of sun cream. - You'll find a hairdryer and plug adapters already in the apartment, which saves that precious luggage space for taking home lots of pressies. - The living area is a great place to relax. You'll find DVDs and books you are welcome to borrow. There's even a cupboard of games, toys and bits to keep the children entertained. - We've added a water cooler in the living area, so you can have lovely cold water on tap - perfect for those hot summer months. It's also cheaper than buying lots of bottles of water when you go shopping. The cooler bottles can be delivered which will even save you carrying them back to the apartment! - The fully equipped kitchen and dining area really does have everything you would need, so you don't have to eat out every night. - There are air-conditioning units in the lounge and bedrooms which are also heating units, so you can take a holiday at any time of year. - There is a security intercom system and metal shutters on all windows, to keep the apartment cool / warm and to make you feel safe and secure.
Further details outdoors: - The complex is beautifully landscaped, with garden areas, fountains and statues. - There are communal roof terraces at the top of each building, where you can sunbathe and take some holiday snaps of the fantastic views of the Taurus mountains. - The large outdoor pool and kids pool can be seen clearly from the apartment balcony. In fact, lots of our customers have said the apartment has the best position on the complex! - The underground secure parking area also contains golf lockers - to save you carrying your clubs to the apartment.

FREE Welcome Pack provided on arrival. For that special occasion, we can even arrange flowers, fruit bowls, champagne or chocolates (price on request).
Linen and cleaning is weekly, so if you are staying for 2 weeks, then the linen will be changed and apartment cleaned mid way through your holiday - all included in the price.
Although linen and towels are provided, please use your own towels for the pool and beach.

Conditions
Strictly no smoking except on the balconies.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to be paid at the time of booking in order to secure the apartment for your stay.
We send you booking and payment forms, so there are no surprises for you and receipts as proof of your payment, so you feel reassured. We can even accept credit/debit card payments which are often then covered by your credit card company.
The balance is to be paid 6 weeks before your arrival date.
A security deposit of £100 will be required (at the time of the balance payment) against breakages and the return of the key at the end of the holiday. The security deposit will be refunded to you within 14 days of the end of your stay (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Changeover dates and times are flexible as long as they don't clash with other bookings.
Rental rates include a weekly linen change and clean. Additional laundry and cleaning services are available at an extra charge.
Cancellation Refunds • Over 6 weeks, full balance payment refunded • 4-6 weeks, 50% of balance payment refunded • 2-4 weeks 25%, of balance payment refunded • Less than 2 weeks, no refund
Please note: The initial 25% deposit payment is non-refundable. The Security deposit of £100 paid will be fully refunded. (Holiday cancellation insurance is recommended)
