Home description
Apartment has a comfortable lounge complete with satellite TV, DVD player and small boon box. There is a dining area and large well equipped kitchen complete with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and cooker.
Master bedroom has queen size bed, and en suite with shower cubicle. Second bedroom has two twin beds, and second bathroom has jacuzzi bath and shower.
All rooms have an a/c unit, providing heat and cool air. There are two balconies, the front balcony faces south with views to the Mediterranean Sea. and the rear balcony overlooks the pool and gardens.
The apartment is a short distance from Antic Side, and a short walk to the beach, or you may use the free local beach buses that arrive regularly. Side has many historic sites, as well as the surrounding area.
For the golfer, Belek with its many courses is a short drive away.

The Mediterranean Coast region
Hot in the summer and warm in the winter.
Side surrounded by Bizantine and Roman artefacts in the streets of Antic Side and surrounding area.Amphitheatre in close proximity.
Blue Flag beaches a short walk away or use the local free buses tot he beach. Championship style golf courses can be found at Belek, which is within 30 minutes drive.
Good local transportation and markets abound. There are several local restaurants, some provide a free pick up and return home car service!
Side area
Side is located on the southern Mediterranean, a sea side area gaining in popularity with British holiday makers. There are long stretches of beach areas complete with small bars and restaurants, as well as beach loungers and umbrellas for your enjoyment and comfort.
There are many historic sites to see, particularly around Old Side in the harbour area.
Manavgat waterfalls, a short drive away, and also several boat tours from Manavgat and Side.
Aspendos Amphitheatre with live shows., a Roman amphitheatre and quite splendid. You might like to try the leather and jewellery factories on your way to Aspendos.
Many of the restaurants, shopkeepers etc speak good English,and German, they are friendly and hospitable.
You might like to try a Turkish Bath, one can be found about 5 -10 minute walk form the apartment, it is also a gym and wellness centre.
Skiing in the winter within a two hour drive at the Taurus mountains.
Wild water Rafting, boat trips, tours of surrounding area, information at the apartment and sent with bookings. Golf Courses are at Belek, a short drive away. There is horse riding at the Shrgun Forest.
How to get there
Fly to Antalya, apartment is about 50 minutes drive from airport, management company will pick you up and return to airport for reasonable charge.

Management can arrange car hire at reasonable cost.
Local buses are the Dolmich, destinations visible at front of bus, just hail one to where you want to go, inexpensive to use.
Local taxis are plentiful.

Further details indoors: The front balcony has a set of table and chairs, with views to the sea, and a set of lounge cushions for use by the pool. There are various games, DVDs and CDs for your enjoyment. All linens are provided as well as beach towels.
Along side the pool is also a small children's pool.
24 hrs security is provided.Management team easily contacted for any problems.

Rental bookings can be weekly or long term. A 30 pound deposit per week will be requested for bookings, and all money due must be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
Airport pick up and return can be arranged at a cost of 60 pounds return for up to 4 persons.
Conditions
A refundable deposit of 100GBS will be requested with final money, this will be held against damages /breakages, and returned once property is inspected.

If you need to be collected form Antalya Airport, the management company will do this for 65 pounds return for up to 4 persons.
For the months of January to end of March we will offer a monthly rate of 300 pounds,plus a final cleaning fee of 35 pounds.
For the months of April to the end of May we will offer a monthly fee of 450 pounds plus a final cleaning fee of 35 pounds.

Just to let you know we had a great honeymoon and really enjoyed staying at your apartment. We couldn't fault anything, we had everything we needed and the apartment was really lovely. We liked everything about it and would recommend it to anyone!
The people at Kaya Homes were really helpful and we hired a car, complete with baby seat!
