Seafarers is a large Edwardian Town House located just a short walk from Weston Sea Front and Town Centre. Victoria Park is a lovely quiet leafy cul de sac half way up Weston hillside. Here at Seafarers we have 3 serviced self catering apartments available to rent for both business and leisure. We are in an idea location for walking, shopping, golfing, exploring the delights of Weston's top attractions including the Grand Pier and Playhouse Theatre.
We have a lovely 1 Bedroom apartment which is located on the top floor of the building with absolutely wonderful views across Weston Bay, the Grand Pier and beyond. This flat is perfect for a couple wishing to spend a well deserved break away from home or for a single business person working in the area as it has more than enough space for relax in.
This apartment is in the front part of the main house and is accessed up three flights of stairs but the climb is definitely worth it when you look out of both the lounge & bedroom windows and see the great view. The rooms are furnished throughout with pine furnishings and practical/comfy seating which you can snuggle down in.
When you enter the flat you will find a small but functionable bathroom with mini bath and Mira shower over, hand basin and toilet. Some may describe as small but we would prefer to call it cosy. You will then enter the L shaped lounge/dining area and galley shaped kitchen. This room is more than adequate for a single person or couple with dining table, faux leather chairs, small two seater sofa, armchair and a large digital TV.
The kitchen has plenty of work surface with bowl and half sink, microwave, electric hob, oven and extractor hood, toaster and fridge/freezer. There are plenty of plates, crockery, cutlery and utensils for preparing meals with and you should find everything you need for a stay away.
The bedroom has a double bed with pine bedside cabinets, wardrobe and dressing table and also benefits from views across the bay. It is so lovely to draw back the curtains and be greeted with uninterupted views especially on a beautiful sunny morning.
Beds are made up prior to arrival and we use fresh cotton linen & duvet covers and guests are provided with fluffly towels and complimentary toiletries.
Also included in the price is gas central heating, hot water and electricity (normal usage). There is also free Wifi Access available in the apartment.
This apartment is suitable for business lets & company bookings and is ideal for those working in the area on long & short term projects.

Weston Super Mare is a great place to base your stay. It is serviced by two motorway junctions - J21 north - J22 south - making Weston extremely accessible and the surrounding areas.
We are close to Bristol which is steeped with history and culture. It is also a great place for shopping with both Cabot Circus and Cribbs Causeway within a 25 minutes driving distance. The new EDF building project at Hinkley Point is also an easy commute from Weston as well as Avonmouth and the Ports of Bristol.
Victoria Park is within a short walking distance of Weston Town Centre and Sea Front and its many great attractions such as the Grand Pier, Winter Gardens, Knightstone Island, Marine Lake, Anchor Head, Weston Woods and much more.
Weston is up and coming and has a vibrant town centre, night life and a choice of many good restaurants and pubs. One of the best features of Weston is its sweeping bay and golden sands, where you can still find things to see and do for all of the family - from the famous Weston donkeys to traditional afternoon tea at one of the many sea front cafes.
During the summer months, Weston has many events, shows and extravaganzas taking place on the Beach Lawns - please contact the local TIC for more and up to date information.
For those who enjoy a round of golf there are several excellent courses and clubs including Worlebury and Weston Golf Clubs both within 2 miles of the apartments.
And for those who enjoy a more peaceful recreation, we have Weston woods behind us and there is now a path which takes you along the toll road to Kewstoke where there are several cafes and a public bus to bring you back again if you wish.
So whether you choose to stay at Seafarers for business, a romantic break or a family stay-cation you will find us in an excellent location.

Thank you so much for your great review. We are developing the breakfast welcome pack with a wide selection of healthy options such as fresh fruit salad, yogurts, fruit juice to those tempting tasty goodies such as the croissants and choc au pains!! The cheeky bottle of wine which we tend to include in most welcome packs for 2 night stays are going down a treat. Sorry about the shower, we will be sorting this out at some point this year by adding a power pump to it. Look forward to seeing you again one day. Kind regards

Thank you very much for your review as we do work very hard to try and make all our guests feel welcome without being over the top. The welcome packs are probably too generous as they are complimentary but I really do like to give guests a lovely start to their break away be it one night or one week. We are gradually working our way through the building modernising things as and when we can and you are right - the carpet in the bathroom needs to go and its on the agenda!
