Just 400yds from the beach. Refurbished to a very high spec 2010 with en suite shower room to the master bedroom. Decorated with neutral tones and a light and airy feel. Open plan kitchen diner. Own parking space - No 10. Walking distance to shops, pubs and food outlets.
Sussex is littered with magnificent buildings, gardens, pubs. and restaurants. Shoreham Town can be accessed by foot with a pleasant 15 min walk along the river bank and footbridge with all the facilities you need along with historic sites. Bars, restaurants and village shops.
Situated between Brighton and Worthing with their vast facilities and easy access via train or bus. Both being just a 10-15 minutes drive from apartment, but to avoid parking fees at both busy towns train travel into the centres is advisable as parking at Shoreham footbridge is reasonable and side streets free.

The kitchen has integrated dish washer and washing machine. A large American style fridge freezer with filtered cold water dispenser and icemaker. The apartment is located in a lovely setting. 2nd floor with views of the Quay accessed. The internal hallway is wide and carpeted.

2 double bedrooms with double beds and 1 pull out single mattress suitable for a child to sleep on either in the lounge or main bedroom.

The club house facility is for Emerald Quay users boasting well stocked gym and heated indoor pool with luxury spa and jacuzzi as well as a sauna. Clean and quiet for residents only. Facility pass included for duration of stay. A car parking place outside the apartment and plenty off on street parking. Walking distance of pub, shop and food outlet. Pool table and dart board in club house with loan of darts. Views over the quay from restaurant in clubhouse. Food served and entertainment most weekends. Sporting events shown on large screen. Friendly staff. Nice and affordable food. Great for all ages.
Dogs Trust overbridge on A299 towards Brighton, on the left. Well worth a visit. Children love to see the dogs and the charity makes any donators welcome.

PETS - Well behaved Pets are allowed on request at an extra charge of £60 per pet per booking. The Anti Allergy Power hoover should be used after each visit by pet owners.

Shoreham by sea is now a bustling town nestled between the south Downs and the sea. Popular due to its proximity to Brighton and easy access to London.
The river Adur separates the beach from the town keeping it quite a secret from the masses. The beach is 2miles by 500yards.
Sussex has to many magnificent places to mention you will have to come back time and time again.
The Shoreham-by-Sea / Shoreham Beach area
For Adults. Romantic Resturants and Bars all within walking distance so no driving required. Brighton just £1.50 by train. Heated pool, jacuzzi + infared Cabin. Entertainment/bands most weekends. Website details will be on the enquiry email to you for you to plan your break.

For Pets. Many local resturants/clubs/pubs allow entry with well behaved dogs. Ask for up to date details when you enquire. Lovely grounds to walk around and along the River between Quayside and the Harbour Club.
The beach just 400yds away. For nature enthusiasts there is a nature reserve along the river Adur or for walkers there is the Downs now listed as a national park, or as a base to visit local tourist attractions such as Arundal castle and the Royal palace in Brighton.

Exit the M25 at junction 7 go onto the M23 towards Brighton and Gatwick. Continue on the A23. Approx 3 miles out of Brighton go on the A 27 To Worthing continue 7-8miles go through Southwick Hill tunnel. Exit A27 on to the A 283 towards Shoreham.
At the roundabout first left under the flyover.At a mini roundabout 2nd exit towards Shoreham.At next roundabout go right over bridge onto the A 259 towards Worthing.
At the Total petrol station turn left and then 1st left to Shoreham beach. Continue for 1 mile go past the Waterside pub. The next S bend you have reached Emerald Quays the entrance is the next left with the club house now in front of you turn right and 1st right to King Charles Place. Park in car space 10 - ONLY. Do not use visitors bays as you may be clamped.

Had a great holiday. New and modern luxury flat and loved the location. Very central within walking distance to pubs and restaurants. Very picturesque and relaxing town. Beach watching the kite surfers was enjoyable. Will re book again for sure.
Will make an excellent base for Xmas Brighton shoppers.
Great for Worthing and Brighton shopping sprees. Shoreham is in between both.
