About the home

Beachside is a large 5 bedroom house that sleeps up to 11 people, and is set right on the beach!!. There is direct access from the large south facing garden on to the sports and dog friendly beach where kite surfing, water skiing, windsurfing and swimming are popular.

The local convenience store, takeaways and pub are 5 minutes walk. Brighton City is an easy 20 mins drive away, Gatwick Airport 30 mins, and Worthing 15 mins. The nearby train station is 15 mins walk and has regular services including London City. Shoreham-By-Sea is a pretty coastal town, with shops, beaches, The River Adur and The South Downs. The historic Shoreham Airport is walking distance and the town is a short walk over the river. Coombes Farm, Bramber Castle ruins and Steyning are nearby, Goodwood, Arundel and Chichester are 30 mins drive away, Portsmouth is 45 mins away. Brighton City is fun for all, having the famous shopping Lanes, Beaches, Pier, The Dome, The Pavillion, Theatre Royal, The Brighton Centre, Sealife Centre, shopping mall, museums, Racecourse, bars, restaurants, clubs and Marina. Worthing has a pier, a shopping centre, cinema and The Connaught Theatre.

Accommodation: There is a large fully equipped family kitchen, large lounge, large dining room leading to conservatory, hallway/ games area and downstairs shower/ WC. Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms, one twin, one king with sea views and access on to the balcony, one king with single and cot, again with sea views, attached to a bunk bedroom with en suite- ideal for a family. There is a single bed with a pull-out single to make either a twin room or a king bed, this too opens on to the balcony overlooking the sea. Main bathroom.

There is parking for up to 5 cars on the driveway. The garden is contained with a gate to the beach, is mainly pebbles with flowers and shrubs, and has a large patio.. great for BBQs! There are two BBQs available.

A security/damage deposit cheque of £150 is to be sent one week prior to your arrival. This is returned within one week of departure.
A dog is welcome at a charge of £25.

Shoreham sits in West Sussex near the border of East Sussex. We are 20 mins drive from Brighton City, 35 mins from Gatwick airport and are surrounded by lots of things to see and do, from hiking over the South Downs to eating sweet rock on the Brighton Pier or just relaxing in the large beach front garden with a BBQ on the go!
