In the beautiful south Warwickshire countryside is Burmington View, a very well executed first floor apartment with views for miles and miles!

Finished to an excellent standard with comfort and quality in mind. The private entrance is on the ground floor into a large hallway for coats and wellies and separate loo/utility with a washing machine and drying area. Upstairs to the spacious open plan sitting room with kitchen - fabulous views! The bedroom is spacious too and has an en-suite bathroom with the comfort of a bath and separate shower. Contemporary wood flooring, neutral colours, bright and sunny with plenty of windows and a real bonus is your balcony with a table and chairs from where you can watch the world go by. The apartment also has a private garden with furniture and a bbq. You have the use of an all weather tennis court that is just right for a friendly game - racquets and balls provided.

A rural location with lovely walks, including The Shakespeare Way, 146 miles from Stratford to The Globe Theatre in London. Bring the bike as there are also many cycle paths. Good local pubs in nearby Cherington (1 mile), Brailes, (1.5 miles) and Todenham (2 miles).

Many Cotswold towns and villages are at hand; Moreton in Marsh, Chipping Norton, Stow-on-the-Wold as well as Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick. Several National Trust properties within easy reach - Upton House, Chastleton House, Charlecote Park for example. There is a very pleasant drive through the villages to Oxford, approx 40mins or by train from Banbury (for Marylebone) or Moreton in Marsh (for Paddington). Have a day in the city and then return to the tranquility of your own Cotswold home......heaven! Ground floor Entrance hall, cloakroom.

First floor Open plan sitting/diningroom and kitchen, large bedroom with zip-link bed for two singles or kingsize, bathroom with bath and shower cubicle.

The Central England/Cotswolds region

From Windsor to the Welsh Borders our area offers a taste of what was and what is...fabulous properties of historic and architectural interest that sit alongside pretty tea rooms, gastro pubs, shops, restaurants etc etc!

In a simply stunning Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty are the Cotswolds with the unique honey-coloured stone, ancient woodlands and miles of rolling hills and over 3,000 miles of public footpaths. The rivers Windrush and Coln trickle their way through some of the prettiest Cotswold towns and villages you will ever come across, Burford, Bourton-on-the-Water and Bibury. Royal Berkshire and the Thames Valley are on the doorstep of the Capital. Stay in Windsor (with a royal neighbour!), be close to Henley-on-Thames famous for Henley Regatta or walk The Thames Path as the river meanders through rural villages, historic towns and peaceful water meadows before it reaches the Thames Barrier in the heart of London. From your 'own' front door you can explore the contrasts of Worcestershire, Herefordshire & Shropshire. Visit the theatres at Stratford-upon-Avon, walk the Ridgeway Path from the Thames in the west through to the atmospheric Chiltern Hills.

Our towns and villages optimise the English rural on the green, a glass of locally brewed beer, peace and quiet - lovely!

The hamlet of Burmington is one of the least known yet delightful spots in the North Cotswolds, but what a find! Close to the market towns of Chipping Norton and Moreton in Marsh, picturesque Chipping Campden and just a stone's throw from the thriving town of Banbury. Ideal for a 'get away from it all' country break.
