There are many opportunites to walk through woodlands and along coastal paths. Many National Trust properties are withing easy reach and the Queen's holiday home at Sandringham is weel worth a visit. The famous Norfolk Broads are within easy reach.
The Sheringham area
Sheringham has safe, clean sandy beaches and has again been awarded a Blue Flag in recognition of this. The Little Theatre presents plays by the excellent Repertory Company throughout the holiday season and The Splash Leisure pool offers a Wave Pool, Giant Waterslide and safe beach area. The North Norfolk Steam Railway runs regular trips from Sheringham to Weybourne and on into Holt
