Peak District

From pretty moorland to rolling hills and dales, and from scented meadows to leafy forests, the Peak District is home to some of the country's finest scenery - you can understand why it was named Britain's first National Park! As well as natural wonders, the area is steeped with culture and award-winning attractions, from historic houses to world-class theme parks such as Alton Towers, and some of the finest restaurants in the country

If there's one place that has it all, it's Sheffield. On one hand it's a thriving hub with music, sports and shopping scenes that draw in visitors from miles around. And on the other, it's a city just minutes away from the exciting wilderness of the Peak District.

"Excellent location"

This property was just what we wanted in a rural location, quiet and left to our own. Lovely walks nearby would recommend to anyone and would stay there again.
Excellent facilities the only downside being no enclosed garden but as lots of walks nearby this didnt really matter to us. Welcome pack was fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay

"Wonderful property and great location"

We visited for a short break. We needed to be close to Sheffield but wanted to stay out in the Peak District. The location is perfect for both the city as well as for exploring the Peak District.
The cottage was modern and clean and well appointed. Provisions had been left for us on our arrival which was a nice touch. James (owner) and his family made us feel welcome on his farm giving us space and freedom. Time for a chat if wanted or just to roam. Easy booking.
Friendly, peaceful  environment allowing for a very relaxing break.
