Home description

Ground floor, FULLY AIR CONDITIONED, two bedroomed apartment on the acclaimed 'Egyptian Experience' resort in the up and coming area of Nabq bay situated between the beautiful Sinai mountains and the warm turquoise waters of the Red Sea. Set in established, fully landscaped gardens around 5 pools, all of which have safe children's 'splash' areas. Pool bar serving snacks and soft drinks throughout the day. Sun loungers, parasols and seating areas are provided for your free use around all the pools.

BEDROOMS
Main bedroom has a king size bed and air conditioning unit, spacious fitted wardrobes and dressing table. Direct access to the private terrace with views over one of the five swimming pools and out to Tiran island.

Second bedroom has twin single beds, air conditioning unit, large fitted wardrobes and a full length mirror. View to the main area of the resort.

LOUNGE
Sitting room has air conditioning, seating for up to eight people, Satellite TV and DVD player. Access to private terrace.

Kitchen is fully equipped open plan with breakfast bar with all necessary cutlery, crockery and pans, along with cooker, hob, large fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, sandwich toaster and microwave.

Bathroom has a toilet with integral bidet facility, shower cubicle and wash hand basin.

All high quality bedding and towels (including beach/pool towels) are provided.

The Red Sea Riviera/Sinai region

On the edge of the Sinai desert, on the coast of the Red Sea and Gulf of Aquaba, Sharm El Sheikh is a fantastic destination with all year round warm sunshine, beautiful beaches and some of the best snorkelling and scuba diving sites in the world.


Sharm El Sheikh / Nabq Bay area

Nabq bay is the newest tourist area in Sharm el Sheikh, with many great restaurants and bars, as well as a supermarket and local shops. The main centre is a five minute taxi ride away.

Naama Bay, with its frenetic blend of nightclubs, international and local restaurants, bars and bazaars is a twenty minute taxi ride away.Golf 20 mins drive away.

Nabq is only 5 minutes away by local bus or taxi, where you will find supermarkets, local restaurants, international fast food restaurants (McDonalds, KFC, and Starbucks with Hard Rock Cafe and TGI Fridays coming soon). The supermarket and most of the fast food restaurants offer a delivery service.

Naama bay is only 20 minutes taxi or bus ride away.
The centre of nightlife in Sharm El Sheikh, with loads of shops, bazaars, local and fast food restaurants including Hard Rock cafe and TGI Fridays, bars and nightclubs including the Camel bar, Pacha, Little Buddah.

Old Sharm market is a great place to get a feel of 'old Egypt' with many Egyptian restaurants with great prices - eat a three course meal for under £10 per person. Try some haggling for souvenirs or relax and have a cup of tea and soak up the atmosphere. REMEMBER - the price they ask is never the price you have to pay! You don't have to buy, if you don't like the price, just walk away and try elsewhere.

Taxis are easily available but be sure to agree the price before you get in.

Alternatively, try the local micro-bus service. These blue and white mini-buses run frequently along the main road from Old market right through to Nabq, including passing the end of the complex access road. There are no bus-stops - just hold out your hand and they will stop (if they aren't full or changing shift). They are really cheap, and it should cost you (from Egyptian Experience) 1LE to Nabq and 4 to Naama bay per person.

If you are not feeling brave enough to try the local transport, there is an excellent taxi service based at Egyptian Experience, who offer fixed weekly rates - speak to Norita on the complex.

Tariff includes a fully cleaned and prepared apartment made ready for your arrival with linen and towels being laundered at the end of your stay.

Electricity, water and sewerage disposal are charged separately by meter readings upon arrival and departure, to be paid locally at the resort office before departure.

Prices are per apartment, not per person, for a seven night stay. Prices for longer periods are pro-rata.

Airport transfers can be arranged for you, payable locally at 170LE each way for up to four people, 230LE each way for 5-6 people.

A food welcome pack is included in the rental cost.

A 20% non-refundable deposit will be required upon booking. For booking less than six weeks before arrival date, full payment is required with booking.

We do not charge a breakages deposit, we rely on our guests honesty to notify admin staff.

Check in/out times are flexible, dependant on arrival times of other guests. If the apartment is to be occupied on the same day as your departure, we would ask you to vacate by 11.00 am in order for cleaning staff to go in. If there is no booking for that day, please feel free to use the apartment until 6.00pm.

Payment by cheque or bank transfer in GBP.
