This stunning spacious 2 bed apartment is located in Naama Bay and boasts a stunning view over the Bay and is within easy reach of all the amenities, beach, shops restaurants etc. The apartment was built in 2008 and has been finished to a high quality with everything you will need for an enjoyable stay, it offers a shared pool and a spacious garden area.
There are 2 large bedrooms double and twin with a double sofa bed in the lounge area. On the patio there is dining for 6 people comfortably. On arrival there will be some complimentary groceries provided so no need to rush out to the shops when you arrive.

The home offers a shared swimming pool with a large garden area, it is located on the end of the block which gives privacy and panoramic views of the bay. The patio seats 6 people and is overlooking the stunning view of Naama Bay. Parking is available close to the apartment.

The property is situated around 10-15 minutes walk from the beach and restaurant area's and is in an elevated peaceful area with 24 hour gated security.
Conditions
A 25% deposit is required to confirm booking. The remaining balance is then due no later than 1 month before arrival date. Payment can be made by cheque or bacs payment.
A security/damage deposit of £100 must also accompany the balance, this will be returned within 10 days after the cleaner has assessed the property.

The property is located 10 minutes drive from the Airport and overlooks Naama Bay with views of the mountains to the rear of the property. The heart of the town in Naama is about 20 minutes walk or a few minutes in a taxi. Everything you will need you will find in the bustling town. There are plenty of activities going on or you can take a trip to see the pyramids and other regions.
The Sharm El Sheikh / Naama Bay area
Sharm offers fantastic diving with daily boat trips and excursions, also quad biking, horse riding, watersports, golf, desert trips. There is over 100 restaurants to choose from with lots of bars also. You can either stay on the promenade for a quieter evening or wander over to the vibrant centre for lots more choice and variety.

Regular flights on most days direct to Sharm el Sheikh from UK airports, check airlines Thomson, Easyjet, Thomas Cook and Monarch airlines for budget flights. Cars and Bikes are available to rent in Naama but everything is within walking distance with plenty of Taxis available at reasonable rates.

Guestbook for Namma Bay View
I have recently been on holiday to Sharm and stayed in your apartment in Naama view, we had a lovely time enjoying the sunshine and relaxing by the pool. The night time was amazing also with the choices of restaurants available. We will definitely be back there soon. Michael Sheils Winsford Cheshire.
A big thank you for the use of the apartment, we have a fab chillout just what we needed to recharge the batteries. The apartment is lovely and in a beautiful postion, we enjoyed sitting there and watching the sunset. Ann & Roger Yates Wigan.
We had a lovely stay here in Jan10 and enjoyed the fantastic weather as well as the excellent accommodation, the rooms are all large and tastefully well furnished we enjoyed the light and airiness of the apartment and the fact that you could have sunshine or shade all day long and the view of the bay is great. Not too far to walk to the shopping area with a good choice of places to eat. Great to have piece outdoors but still be close to lots of amenities at the same time, all the people were very friendly and would certainly consider returning. Moira & Jim Scotland.
