This luxury, new apartment is located on the prestigious Egyptian Experience Resort in Nabq Bay, just 700 metres from the sea and ten minutes from the airport.

This is a corner apartment, located on the top floor, overlooking one of the five pools on the resort. The huge balcony is fully furnished and is south facing with amazing views over the Red Sea and Tiran Island.

The resort is quiet and peaceful yet only 20 minutes away from the larger resorts such as Naama Bay and Old Sharm. The apartment has easy access to all amenities in Nabq Bay which is only a short bus ride away, including the local Metro supermarket and many excellent restaurants for eating out.

The resort was recently advertised on Real Estate TV as an attractive development in the up and coming area of Nabq Bay and has also been recently awarded "Best Development in Egypt" by the CNBC (Arabian Property Awards). The apartment is ideal for families with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Red Sea Riviera/Sinai region

Sharm el Sheikh offers all year round sunshine with plenty of spectacular beaches. Average temperatures during the winter months (November to March) range from 15 to 35 degrees Celsius (59-95°F) and during the summer months (April to October) from 20 to 45 degrees Celsius (68-113°F). The temperature of the Red Sea in this region ranges from 21 to 28 degrees Celsius (70-84°F) over the course of the year. It very rarely rains!

Sharm el Sheikh offers something for everyone and is the most popular resort on Egypt's Red Sea Riviera. Very popular with divers as it offers one of the best diving areas in the world. Beautiful beaches, a range of shops, restaurants, cafes, casinos and lively night-life - it's all here!

When you have had enough of the beach and all the activities why not take an excursion to places of interest. For example, you can take a pilgrimage to the top of Mount Sinai to see the sun rise, and then go on to St Catherine's monastery, the coloured canyon, a trip into the desert to experience life in a Beouin camp, day trip by boat to Ras Mohamed national park for sightseeing and diving.

No trip to Egypt is complete without a visit to Cairo for the pyramids and Luxor for the Valley of the Kings. All can be arranged at the resort.

Egypt can be whatever you want it to be... action packed... a historic discovery... or calm and relaxing... the choice is yours. There is no end to the places to visit and things to do, or you could just do nothing and relax surrounded by some of the most amazing scenery in the world.


Sharm El Sheikh / Nabq Bay area

The Egyptian Experience Resort is quiet and peaceful yet only 20 minutes away from the larger resorts such as Naama Bay and Old Sharm.

The apartment has easy access to all amenities in Nabq Bay which is only a five mins ride away, including the local Metro supermarket (the largest in Sharm) and many excellent restaurants for eating out.

The main draw here is the sea life and the Nabq area has some of the best unspoilt coral reefs in the world. A day at your choice of beach, one of many open to you, can be followed by a relaxing evening in one of the many quality bars and restaurants in the Nabq area or just a 20 minute taxi ride takes you to the bustle of Na ama Bay or Old Market.

The resort has an arrangement with a 5 star hotel, The Regency Plaza, for beach access. Here, for £2.50 per person per day you can use all their facilities on offer including sun beds and towels. A member of our staff will take you and arrange to collect you at a time that suits you. This beach is a beautiful lagoon – a shallow beach, idea for small children and those not comfortable in the water. A promenade area runs along this area with electric bikes available and small ones for the children. Great fun and a good way to see the changing beach areas or find a nice place to eat later. Camel rides and horse riding are also available along this area of beach.

For those who love to snorkel, we can recommend a trip to Shark's Bay, an elite tourist area just 10 mins away by car, with a wonderful combination of sea, gulf, and mountain scenery. The area is originally very famous as a diving destination, the coral and marine life here are some of the most amazing sights you will ever see. There are also some shops and some great beach cafes. The cost is only 25 EGP for the day. There are plenty of lovely beaches in the area – just ask at the resort for a recommendation. One favourite is El Fanar - it is beautiful and admission costs 50LE which includes a beach towel, bottle of water and wonderfully attentive staff who deliver iced cloths to your sunbed to keep you cool.

If golf is your thing, there is a 72 PGA Championship golf course only a 15 minute drive away. There are 4 sets of tees available, a driving range and 2 large putting greens. A new golf course in under construction just five mins away.

La Strada and Al Khan are the new entertainment centres of Nabq, Sharm El Sheikh's new hot spot. With a number of international brands, coffee shops, bars and restaurants and only 5 minute bus ride away. There is something to suit all tastes and pockets from KFC, McDonalds, English cafes and bars, Hard Rock café (opening soon) and TGI Fridays to Peking Chinese, On Fish and plenty of oriental cafes for authentic egyptian fare.

There is even a new up-market entertainment centre - Soho Square - with an ice skating rink, an ice bar, an oxygen bar, many bars and restaurants, an exclusive entertainment area where you have to dress for dinner!

Getting around is easy in Sharm - taxis will stop for you outside the complex, NEVER pay more than 50LE (£5.00) a car (not per person) to Naama Bay, and agree your price before getting in the car. You will probably find a good driver who will give you his number to use all through your holiday. For those brave enough the local buses are a fantastic and cheap way of getting about, they run throughout the day and night and cost 2 Egyptian pounds (20p) each to Nabq Bay and 4 Egyptian pounds (40p) to Naama bay. You are a tourist so the driver and his side buddy will try for extra just be firm and pay no more!!!

The 5 star Sunrise Aqua Park hotel has just opened right next door to the resort and looks amazing. The hotel facilities (restaurants, water park and beach) can all be used for a fee.

Lounge: A very spacious and modern lounge with a comfortable sofa that also converts to a double bed, armchair, flat screen TV and DVD player, satellite box with numerous, multi-lingual channels available, large picture windows (allowing fantastic sea views) and patio doors leading on to the very spacious balcony. The lounge also has a powerful and quiet air conditioning unit.

Balcony: Fully furnished with a five piece rattan suite (sofa, two chairs and table). A perfect place to start the day with breakfast on the terrace, gazing at the amazing sea and pool views and again for chilling at the end of a long day!

Kitchen: Open plan with a granite breakfast bar with three modern bar stools, and fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday – large fridge/freezer, combination microwave and electric 4 ring cooking hob. All utensils, crockery, pans etc (everything you will need)

Master bedroom: King size bed, dressing table, mirror, two bed side tables, built in closet and patio doors leading on to the balcony.

Utilities are metered - Electricity cost is 1 EGP per KW and water is 18 EGP per m3. Meter readings are taken on your arrival and again prior to your departure, so you only pay for what you use.
