A luxurious ground Floor 2 Bedroom apartment with balcony,
Situated next to 3 superb swimming pools in an excellent location on a 5 star complex.
There is a Queen Size bed in the Master bedroom, 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a sofa bed in the Lounge.
This apartment has just been totally re-built inside all the furniture is new, the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, including HD ready LCD TV, cable TV, DVD Player, safe, Microwave/Grill and a washing machine.
There is air conditioning in each of the bedrooms and in the living room.
The apartment is set within a gated complex with 24-hour security.
The complex is located five minutes from Neama Bay and 15 minutes from Sharm El Sheikh airport.

I also own a one bedroom apartment on the same complex,group bookings are welcome.

The Red Sea Riviera/Sinai region

The simplicity of sun, sea and sand, water sports, shopping and entertainment.
This is Sharm el-Sheikh, one of the most accessible and developed tourist resort communities on the Sinai peninsula.
With diving,snorkelling, windsurfing and other water sports, horse and camel riding, it is almost impossible for a visitor to ever suffer from boredom.
The Sinai area of Egypt is a very arid desert climate with 2 main seasons, both of which are dry seasons. The winter months are between November to March. In this time the day temperature is still warm but the night time temperature can drop to about 12°C and inland in the desert it can get less than this.
The summer weather is very hot and dry. The low humidity makes the high temperatures a lot more bearable, The temperature in the day can be in the forties and night time the temperature is still in the mid thirties.

The Sharm El Sheikh / Naama Bay area

The most famous and developed of Sharm's bays is Na'ama, where pioneering hotels, resorts and diving centres first took up residence in the early 1980s. Na'ama Bay is bustling with activity at all hours. Its numerous beachside cafes and restaurants.
Whether you enjoy scuba diving, windsurfing, waterskiing or just soaking up the rays of the brilliant sun that never seems to hide behind clouds, you'll find something of interest in Na'ama Bay.

Fly to Sharm el Sheikh Airport - The apartment is 10 mins away by taxi.
I always book online with www.easyjet.com,www.thomsonfly.com,www.cheapflights.co.uk or www.ba.com.
They fly to Sharm el Sheikh Airport and are reasonably priced.

A taxi service can be arranged for you and your family,you will be picked up at Sharm airport by my agent who will transport you to our apartment and return you to the airport at the end of your holiday.

I am sorry that it has taken me so long to get in contact with you after our truly fab holiday in your apartment.
Firstly, let me say a big thank you from all three of us; the apartment was super and Glynis was an absolute star, going out of her way to assist us. Please make sure that she knows we are grateful.
Everything was just as you led us to expect and we had a great time.
Which leads me nicely into asking if their is any availability for next summer?

Hi Stephen,

Just a quick note to thank you for the fantastic holiday we have just had in your apartment at the Delta Sharm Complex.

We weren’t quite prepared for the heat at this time of year but after a few days we had acclimatised. Getting into the pattern of Egyptian life was also a little strange but we made the transition quickly and as a result had a wonderful time.

The apartment was all that you led us to believe and the air-conditioning was a gods send after a day by the pool.

Glenys looked after us really well – even when Jack managed to lock the keys in the apartment. Sorry to have had to get my father to telephone you on that Sunday as our phones and her number where locked in the room. (May I suggest that Glenys’s mobile number could be stuck on the inside of the living room window – very small label – which in this sort of crisis we could have read and rung her direct, instead of disturbing you and wasting hours with customer services and security)

It’s far too early to say what we will be doing next summer however should you get a booking enquiry for next August I would be grateful if you could check with me first to ensure that we do not want to re-use your apartment at the moment it’s a distinct possibility.
