Beautiful apartment Built by British Architect with Luxury Living in mind, with a view of Mount Saini on one side and Tiran Island on the other. The Apartment is fully furnished with air-conditioning and TV with satellite receiverand DVD player. There is full size communal swimming pool with bar. There is also an on-site management team for help.There are further 4 more swimming pools.
The complex has negotiated a special deal with the neighbouring 5 star Hotels with nominal entry fees. This complex is perfect family holiday and is designed to accommodate up to 6 people. Guided tours for Diving & Snorkelling are all available from the site management team at a reasonable cost.Access to all the Beaches are by entry fees details available from management on site.Internet facility is from the main office on nominal charges.
Local amenities including supermarkets are within walking distance and there is also on site 24 hours Taxis service.

10 percent of the rental will be needed at the tim eof booling via Bank Transfer rest of the rental will be payable on arrival to the management either by cash or caerds. utilities bill for electricity and water will be payable to the management as per metre reading please read the meter and settle the bill to the management.
Utilities charges are much cheaper than uk and average it comes to £10 to £15 pounds per week depending upon the usage.
we will consider short breaks of 3 to 4 days . The rates are guidelines and will vary depending on the time and season.The maximum payable for a party of six will be £200. per week on peak season and £150 per week on LOW season all exclusive of utilities charges.

The Red Sea Riviera/Sinai region
Places of interest include the renowned St Catherine Monastery; Sinai Mountain; Shark Bay and red sea island of Tiran. The Town of old Sharm El Shekh is about 25 kilometre and nearest night life is in Nama bay which is about 10 kilometre. Further north there is the main Sinai town of Taba and shopping mall is situated some 15 km to the south.
There is daily Ferry service to Hargada from port of Sharm el Sheikh. Other facilities include nearby 5 star sea club hotel with private beach shark bay golf and water sports. A tour to the nearby sea island of Tiran can also be arranged from management team.
The Sharm El Sheikh / Nabq Bay area
A trip to Cairo by road is also available, and the city is only about 6 hours away. There is are daily 20 minutes flight to Cairo from Sharm el Sheikh.
You can also visit the old Sharm Nama Bay which is just a 20 minutes drive away; St Catherine Monastery and Sinai Mountain Burning Bush are also well worth a visit.
Visit the town of Dahab to the north and take the ferry to Hurghada.The Town of oldSsharm is only 20 minutes drive, and here you can find some local bargains, souvenirs and local cuisine.
A trip to Hurghada by ferry or Tiran island by boat can be arranged by the management team. Please ask for the price on arrival
