A luxury air-conditioned two bedroomed apartment. Bedroom one with King sized bed, dressing table, mirror, two bed side tables and patio doors leading on to the balcony.
Bedroom two with twin beds, full length mirror, and bedside table, both rooms offer plenty of storage with large fitted wardrobes and built in drawers.
A very spacious comfortable lounge wih double sofa bed also with patio doors leading on to our very spacious well furnished balcony.

Quiet and peaceful yet only 20 minutes away from the larger resorts such as Naama Bay and Old Sharm. The apartment has easy access to all amenities in Nabq Bay which is only a short bus ride away, including the local Metro supermarket and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
R22 overlooks the largest of 4 pools within the complex and whilst relaxing on the comfortable balcony suite you can take in the breathtaking views of the sun setting over the Sinai Mountains( a view we never tire of seeing!!).
Relax by the pool where there are plenty of sun beds and parasols to chose from, or the roof terrace is available for that extra bit of privacy. From here the views are excellent in all directions of the Sea, Mountains and Desert. Hot Spotz the pool side bar offers soft drinks, food and snacks from 10am - 6pm daily.

The Red Sea Riviera/Sinai region
Sharm el Sheikh , often known simply as "Sharm", is a city situated on the southern tip of the Sinai Peninsula, in Janub Sina', Egypt, on the coastal strip between the Red Sea and Mount Sinai.
Sharm el-Sheikh is the administrative hub of Egypt's Southern Sinai province which includes the smaller coastal towns of Dahab and Nuweiba as well as the mountainous interior, Saint Catherine's Monastery and Mount Sinai. Sharm el-Sheikh is known as The City of Peace referring to the large number of international peace conferences that have been held there.
Average temperatures during the winter months (November to March) range from 15 to 35 degrees Celsius (59-95°F) and during the summer months (April to October) from 20 to 45 degrees Celsius (68-113°F). The temperature of the Red Sea in this region ranges from 21 to 28 degrees Celsius (70-84°F) over the course of the year.
The Red Sea provides some of the most stunning underwater scenery and warm water making this an ideal place to dive. Visitors to Sharm el-Sheikh can experience a variety of water and activities. Beach seekers find many activities such as diving, snorkelling, wind surfing, para-sailing, boating, and canoeing.
Ras Mohammed is the National Park of South Sinai and located on the very tip of the Sinai Peninsula; it probably represents some of the most famous dive sites in the Red Sea with 800-metre (2,600 ft) deep reef walls and pounding current and coral gardens.
The Coral reefs, under water and marine life, unmatched anywhere in the world, offer a spectacular and dazzling time for divers. There is wide room for scientific tourism with diversity in marine life species; 250 different coral reefs and 1000 species of fish.
Sharm El Sheikh area
Egyptian Experience have an arrangement with two fantastic 5 star hotels, The Sea Club and the Regency, where for £2.50 per person per day you can use all their facilities on offer including sun beds and towels. A member of our staff will take you and arrange to collect you at a time that suits you. These hotels truly are amazing, the beaches are beautiful and the snorkelling is fabulous at the Sea Club.
For those who love to snorkel we also offer a trip to Shark's Bay an elite tourist area, with a wonderful combination of sea, gulf, and mountain scenery. It encompasses a number of high end 5star hotels and resorts (such as The Hilton Shark's Bay Resort) . The area is originally very famous as a diving destination, the coral and marine life here are some of the most amazing sights you will ever see. Again for the price of £2.50 we will arrange your transport to and from the resort.
For the Golfers there is a 72 PGA Championship golf course only a 15 minute drive away. There are 4 sets of tees available, a driving range and 2 large putting greens.
La Strada is the new entertainment centre of Nabq, Sharm El Sheikh's new hot spot. With a number of international brands, coffee shops, bars and restaurants and only 5 minute bus ride away.
Naama Bay (20 minutes away)is the central resort area of Sharm el Sheikh and comprises a stylish strip of hotels, with an attractive pedestrian promenade along the sandy beach front. At the south-western corner of Naama Bay are shops, restaurants, small hotels and a wide choice of dive centres. Naama Bay is 7 km from Sharm El Sheikh Airport. It comprises a number of international clubs, dinners and night attractions like Pacha, Buddah Bar, Hard Rock Café…etc
Old Market Once you step into the old market, all you will see is shop after shop after shop, narrow streets and alleyways with more and more shops, usually selling Sinai and Egypt related souvenirs. The Old Market is the cradle of the local fish stores, where you can indulge in a fish and seafood meal at its best, and in its simplest form.
There are two types of shopping options in the Sinai and Red Sea area and visitors can enjoy each of them for the distinctly different opportunities which they present. The first type of shopping is the kind of mall shopping which visitors frequently engage in during vacation. The other type of shopping for visitors to enjoy in the area is the traditional market shopping at the local bazaars or souks. This shopping takes place with local shopkeepers and is more than just a buying and spending experience.
There are many activities available for you to do such as: Boat rips to the National parks, quad biking, camel riding, go-karting, horse riding, kite surfing, water sports, diving trips,.My best advice would be not to take your first price on any trip, you haggle for everything in Egypt. There are plenty of touts in Naama Bay who want your business, once you get a good price stick with them for the rest of your holiday and they will look after you.
Getting araound is easy in Sharm, taxis will stop for you outside the complex, NEVER pay more than 50LE (£5.00) a car (not per person) to Naama bay, and agree your price before getting in the car. You will probably find a good driver who will give you his number to use all through your holiday. For those brave enough the local buses are a fantastic and cheap way of getting about, they run throughout the day and night and cost 2 Egyptian pounds (20p) each to Nabq Bay and 4 Egyptian pounds (40p) to Naama bay. You are a tourist so the driver and his side buddy will try for extra just be firm and pay no more!!!
A 5 star Aqua park hotel has just been built right next door to us and looks amazing. This will be opening in October 08 and hopefully we will have the same deal as the Sea club and be able to use all their facilities on offer (fingers crossed!).
How to get there
Fly to Sharm el Sheik International airport from all UK airports.
We always find a better deal booking via the internet and at least a couple of months prior to departure.
We recommend XL airways and Easy Jet as the most reasonable. You can also try: redseaflights,Thompsonfly, and Thomas cook airlines.
