+ Since we have several apartments in our complex we can accommodate for as many Friends and families who want to holiday together, each has their own privacy of a fine apartment only minutes away from each other, but sharing the same luxury of the complex.

Tours can be organized from our local tour guide offices, were you can also organize trips to our famous water parks, and other different activities including day trips to Cairo's famous landmarks and also visiting Luxor's famous Karnak temple. There is no time to get bored in sharm el sheikh.
Standing at your balcony you will overlook our beautiful landscaped gardens and a choice of 3 swimming pools Which all cater for adults and children. We also for your convenience have a supermarket in the resort and the bank is also close by, if you don't wish to leave the resort. Just across the road there is A fun park for the young and the young at heart.
Since we are located in the heart of all the action, the transport is just at our door step ( Taxis , Minibuses , limousines ).

Conditions
1. We accept no liability whatsoever for any arrangements and in particular accept no liability for any loss, personal injury, or death however incurred whilst residing in this apartment or on this complex.
2. Any booking made by you, whether through Egyptian experience, web site or otherwise shall be deemed an offer to rent the relevant accommodation subject to these terms and conditions.
3. The person who makes the booking accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of all members of the party and is responsible for all payment due from the party. By making a booking you have read these terms and conditions and agree to comply with them.
4. We take no responsibility for matters beyond our control i.e. war, civil unrest, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, bad weather conditions and other circumstances which we, the apartment owners, could for see or avoid even with all due care
5. Any damages caused whilst residing in the apartment must be reported to the resort administration office and paid for. Please note the room is checked on departure for damage and breakages.
6. £50 is not refundable in case of cancelation.
7. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended !
