Villa 24 has breathtaking views of the Red Sea. Available for holiday rentals year round, this 300
m² (3230 sq. ft.), two-storey villa was built to the highest specifications by Hill/Glazier
Architects of Los Angeles. Inspired by Mediterranean and Moorish hillside towns, Villa 24 is
surrounded by lush and exotic vegetation, immaculately manicured lawns, and a canopy of majestic
date palms. Domes, traditional Moorish arches, and materials sensitive to the surrounding
environment are all reflective of a romantic architectural style.

Designed by the San Francisco-based Brayton & Hughes Studios, the opulent interiors of the villa
redefine the standards of luxury, featuring the finest marble and granite, the most elegant oak and
teak woods, and the most intricate wrought ironwork.

Villa 24 was designed for real living. The top floor bedrooms have en suite terraces, two of which
enjoy stunning panoramas of the sea. The intelligent design of the villa's main entrance and foyer
provides immediate access to both the ground and first floor, while offering maximum privacy and
security to the tenants. If you are traveling with babies or toddlers, you can call the resort in
advance and request that the villa be child-proofed (electricity outlets covered, sharp objects
removed, etc). An electronic safe is available in Villa 24 that can be configured with your own
secret access code.

Each of the four large bedrooms is furnished with the legendary Four Seasons super comfortable beds.
The villa can comfortably sleep up to ten adults. For even more flexibility with sleeping
arrangements, discretely tucked behind the kitchen on the ground floor is single room with a
bathroom that is primarily intended for live-in nannies or au pairs, but can also serve as
accommodation for a single guest.

A sun-filled atrium divides the ground floor into dining and living areas, with the former
conveniently located near the villa's spacious and fully-equipped modern kitchen.

Three splendid Spanish marble bathrooms adorn the property, each with separate glass-walled showers,
large wrought iron and granite vanities with "his and her" inlaid sinks, and telephone equipped
separate toilet alcoves. The 10m² (108 sq. ft.) master bathroom also features a French bidet and a
deep-soaking whirlpool tub for ultimate relaxation.

to local channels, Villa 24 is wired with an international satellite television package comprising
more than 60 sports, news, lifestyle, cartoon, film, comedy and current affairs channels. You can
also enjoy your own music collection on the villa's CD player. For the video game addicts in the
family, PlayStation sets and games are available from the concierge.

The centrepiece of the villa's outdoor garden area is an invigorating and relaxing swimming pool
with an adjoining family-size hot tub inlaid with traditional turquoise Venetian mosaics. The hot
tub features various jet air controls and adjustable temperature controls. Both the swimming pool
and hot tub are lit, creating a romantic mood that is enticing for a midnight dip.

The swimming pool area is surrounded by ample terrace and garden space with plenty of outdoor
furniture and sun decks, making it ideal for both causal al fresco dining, or more formal
entertaining. Beach and pool towels are available from the Diving Centre and can be delivered to
your doorstep, free of charge.

The Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh has a myriad of onsite fun and recreational activities for adults
and children alike. These sports and recreational activities are all within easy reach of your
private property at the Four Seasons. And if you run out of ideas, the Concierge is always pleased
to advise and assist you.

A 100-metre stretch of smooth white sand, the Resort's beach is exclusively for guests of Four
Seasons. The azure waters range in temperature from 20 to 29 degrees Celsius (68 to 84 degrees
Fahrenheit), and chilled towels, ice water and facial spritz service are available on an hourly
basis. Beach towels and chaises lounges are complimentary.

The Resort can arrange diving excursions, with approved local dive operators, on a half- or full-day
basis. Rental equipment and lessons are available. Some excursions are guided and visit multiple
dive sites; night dives can also be arranged.

A jetty allows divers and swimmers easy access to deeper waters, facilitating snorkeling and
exploring of the beautiful coral reefs under the sea. Full-day or half-day diving excursions with

tennis professionals. The pro shop provides for the needs of players at all levels, and also serves
