If cancellation is for any reason covered by holiday insurance a detailed letter will be provided detailing any payments made so that any monies paid can be reclaimed according to the terms and conditions of the specific policy.
The owners and the agents advise that you have adequate insurance and accept no liability and or costs or excesses for any consequence either uninsured or not covered by a specific insurance purchased.
Conditions
Refundable breakages deposit of approximately 25% of total rental required in advance, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure from the property (subject to satisfactory property inspection). You can pay this by transfer to my account, cheque or paypal.
The total rental payment must be paid either in advance in the UK or can be paid to my representative on Delta Sharm prior to receivng the keys.
No smoking or pets are allowed in the apartment, but smoking is allowed on the balcony.

The Red Sea Riviera/Sinai region
The Sinai Peninsula is the easternmost part of Egypt between the Mediterranean and the Gulfs of Suez and Aqaba, both forks of the Red Sea. The western and northern coasts are practically uninhabited, but several Bedouin settlements-cum-tourist attractions dot the eastern coast.
The reason most tourists come here is the vistas underwater: the Sinai coast offers some of the best diving in the world. Some other areas of interest include:
Mount Sinai - reputedly the Mount Sinai where Abrahamic scripture claims Prophet Moses received the Ten Commandments, and the neighboring Monastery of St. Catherine
Basata - one of the oldest and most popular Ecolodges in Sinai. Note that Israelis are forbidden from entering the campsite.
Coloured Canyon - amongst some of the most beautiful rock formations hidden in the mountains
The Sharm El Sheikh / Naama Bay area
Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt is the Red Sea resort for scuba diving, snorkeling and family fun. The jewel of the Sinai, with history going back thousands of years, cultural tours and year round sunshine. It is considered Egypts top holiday destination.

Really enjoyed my stay at Delta Sharm in this lovely apartment. It is well situated and handy for whatever you might fancy doing. Travel to Sharm quite a lot so don't always want to go out and about on an evening - this apartment was so nice and comfortable it was good to stay in with a takeaway or even do some cooking!!!! Glynis was lovely and helpful on arrival - we did not have any problems so only saw her in passing at one of the pools and then on leaving. Will definitely stay here again and woild recommend to anyone. |

Arrived to Delta Sharm and the apartment to meet the agent was all fine, as directed in the booking form, greeted and shown the apartment with keys and straight away felt very happy with what we paid for, spacious with a style and touch that the owner cared and looked after, it had a relaxed feel and we felt at home, as soon as we arrived, it did have all the Ammenties you need to stay in a self catering apartment, a lovely, clean well decorated kitchen with all you needed to cook, even a washing machine but you do have to respect water is not to be over used, common sense really, the view from the balcony was lovely, as you had all the beautiful flowers and palm tree's and the wonderful blue sky and sunshine and to eat your breakfast outside with an umbrella for shade, if you needed it...Two large sofa's in the living room were very comfortable and satelite television, lovely tiled flooring to keep it cool, lovely stylish cushions for that personal touch, as I have explained kept tidy and clean and well taken care of... The bedroom was designed with good taste and the beds were very comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space and air conditoned through out...So you could remain cool, if need be... a good sized bathroom with a great size shower and always hot water and kept very clean with Towels... found the apartment peaceful and surrounding area's and easy access to the many swimming pool's and supermarkets and restaurants on the complex, it's a great place to stay and I liked the privacy to the apartment with the pathways up the stairs, I wish it was mine, but I know if I get the opportunity to visit again, I would definitely stay here and October, weather wise is a lovely time of year to stay in Delta Sharm- Sharm El Sheikh....Any queries Glynis the agent was on hand to help you, which was a blessing, but as it goes, we were fine and knew we were well looked after and having a great understanding and knowledge of the area and complex and Egypt as a country I was impressed...A definite stay in the future, All the best, kind Regards, Sandra Golden |

This apartment was perfect; clean tidy and just right. The apartment is open plan but is very spacious and gives you the sense that you are not on top of one another. I travelled with one of my friends and we stayed 3 weeks, it became home very quickly and we sat many an evening after a day by the pool just chillin on the balcony. This is ground floor level but to be honest you appreciate it more when the heat is soaring and you can just relax. This apartment holds everything that you need, just simply pack your bags and arrive! Glynnis welcomes you on arrival and gives you and idea of where things are etc. she is very friendly and offers great advice. Regarding Delta Sharm, it's amazing if you wantto go at your own pace, stay on site with all ammenties or simply just want to get a bus or taxi to anywhere is Sharm, it is all within a few minutes walk. I would definately reccomend this apartment and delta sharm. |

I just wanted to drop you a line to say that I had another fabulous couple of weeks in your one bed apartment. It’s nice to stay somewhere that has all the creature comforts of home and I loved sitting on the private balcony reading my book and eating my breakfast. Pizza Sharm, on site, is good for lunch time snacks and the authentic Egyptian restaurant Abou EL Sid (above Hard Rock in Naama) does lovely meals. I go here every time I visit. Just got to write and tell you what a simply fantastic time i had staying in your apartment this april, for 3 weeks ,at delta sharm resort, weather was HOT, but comfortable, Resort has everything one could possibly need, without going out anywhere else really , if one wants a quiet relaxing holiday , its fine ,but equally, if you want something a little more lively, that also can be arranged too.
Real home from home apartment just as you describe online,etc, very comfortable furniture, and the whole apartment very nicely upgraded as you said , i particularly found the tv in the bedroom ,most useful, a good idea, if one wanted to watch something different to the lounge one, i also spent most of my time on the balcony , as was in full sun ,from early dawn till just after lunch, GREAT,had breakfast and lunch out there everyday, !! loved it , Glynis was there to greet me on arrival ,just as you said would happen, very helpful and approachable lady ,with loads of knowledge ,re everything about apartment and resort, so no worries there, so between the both of you, altho; many miles apart, everything was absolutely lovely, and have no hesitation in recommending you and your apartment to friends and family, that is of course ,if ime not there myself !!

This is the 3rd time now that my family have stayed in 1 of your apartments and as always it has been fantastic.
The apartment is lovely, with everything that you need. It really is one of the nicest in Delta.
Delta Sharm is a fab place to be and the people there are lovely.

We'd like to thank you for the use of your lovely apartment at Delta Sharm. We had a lovely, relaxing holiday - just what the Doctor ordered! The apartment itself was very comfortable and clean, really close to 4 of the swimming pools (including the warm pool which was handy in winter), and Glynis was very helpful (especially after we locked ourselves out on the 1st day!). The resort was great and we generally had a very enjoyable holiday.

Just a quick note to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your apartment. From our initial enquiry, through the booking process right to getting our deposit back was a hassle free, pleasurable experience. Thank you for all your help with booking our flights and for answering all of our pre and during holiday questions. The apartment was great, clean and had had everything we needed; it’s well situated within Delta Sharm, close to the nicest pool in the complex and a short walk to the gate and supermarkets.
During our two week stay we enjoyed a few evenings just at the apartment and ordered food from the Italian restaurant by the Delta Sharm gate. It was lovely. Lunch around the pool from the Friends restaurant was great too; huge portions and we had good service form the pool staff. We went into Naama Bay (10 minutes by taxi and expect to pay 10EGP one way) for dinner often and can highly recommend the Tavern Bar and Fayrouz restaurants. Brilliant atmosphere and food. The Tavern Bar drink prices are really reasonable in comparison to some of the more well known bars.
For any activities I highly recommend Sinai Safari Adventures in Old Market. Tim and Janet were terrific and most helpful; they took care of a Bedouin dinner, two Red Sea dives, snorkeling and a quad bike super safari for us. Their prices were really competitive and all in all just absolute stars to deal with.

I want to say Thank You for allowing me to rent your beautiful apartment. It is just as beautiful as in the pictures, is in a great location at Delta Sharm, and was my "home away from home." Glynis was wonderful, so very helpful and kind. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and hope to rent the apartment again next year! I enjoyed Delta Sharm as there are both restaurants and grocery stores, so lots of options for food. Everyone I met in the complex was kind and helpful as well. Thank you again.

Delta Sharm is a very nice resort to stay in, peaceful, relaxing, just the right place to stay for a chill out week. Staff were friendly and pleasant to talk to. the apartment had absolutely everything you would need for a relaxing break. Pools (of which there are numerous) are clean and well maintained. All in all a very pleasant stay was had.

Have recently returned from a 2 week holiday in Sharm over the Xmas period and what can I say.... We had a fantastic time!! This was our second visit to Sharm in less than 6 months and I would recommend anyone to visit.
Thank you for the use of your apartment. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed our time there. Glynis (who meets you with the keys) is a lovely woman, friendly and helpful. The whole process of booking the apartment, getting the keys, and leaving after our stay all ran very smoothly, and I would recommend this apartment.
The location was ideal, close enough to the supermarket & it was lovely to have the closest pool less than 1 minute walk away so that we could pop back for anything we needed.
The service of the pool staff was perfect, always there to help with anything needed and very friendly, often stopping for a chat.
We would recommend using the Italian restaurant on site, we took a stroll up there twice and ordered take away and it was lovely on both occasions and not expensive like it would be in London.
Eating in Naama Bay was also very nice, again not that expensive.
Delta Sharm its self is a beautiful complex, with more than enough pools so you could have a change of scenery each day, and the grounds are very well maintained. We will definitely be coming back in the not too distant future as we have had such a lovely time here.

Would like to say I had a great time in Sharm and your apartment was perfect. It was lovely to sit on the balcony on the morning - perfect sun trap. Ideal positon within Delta and perfect for Naama Bay and Old Sharm. Would definitely recommend a trip to Alf Leilia Wa Leilia. There was everything you needed in the apartment, excellent facilities and very clean. Glynis couldn't meet me when I arrived as I was delayed 4 hours late but kept in touch with me by phone and text. Lovely lady and very helpful, thanks for all your help prior to me booking with you - it was greatly appreciated. I'm coming back in March but I'm too late to book with you again (your apartment is so popular) but maybe next time.

We have stayed here 3 times and it gets better every time. A spacious apartment that is spotless clean with everything that you could possibly need and more. Cable TV, I Pod docking station and flat screen TV in the bedroom are great extras. The apt is situated in a peaceful location within the complex which is also very clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend the apt to anyone looking for a great holiday with all your home comforts. You definitely did a great job decorating and updating it on a regular basis. The furnishings were exceptional and we loved the new patio furniture! REVIEW 13/11/2009. Just got back from a week's holiday in Sharm about a week ago. Had a wonderful time, and the apartment is amazing! Was so happy with it. I had previously stayed in another apartment in Delta Sharm last year, and it was awful. However, your apartment was very different from my first experience, and I was very impressed with everything. It is furnished beautifully, very clean, and has everything you could possibly want for a self catering holiday. I was very taken with the flat screen tv in the bedroom, and the many cable channels! Delta Sharm itself is lovely ... like paradise! It is full of beautiful gardens, numerous swimming pools, shops, restaurants, and even has it's own spa. Everyone there was very helpful and friendly. I never had the pleasure of meeting Glynis this time, but I did get to meet the owner and he was very helpful and friendly at all times. The whole process of booking the apartment, getting the keys, and leaving after our stay all ran very smoothly, and I would highly recommend this apartment to everyone. The only thing we were disapointed about was having to leave!

REVIEW. 04/10/2009. Staying in this apartment for our 2 week holiday in Sharm El Sheikh was the best part about the holiday! We loved the apartment, perfectly situated and furnished & equipped satisfying everything we needed for the whole holiday! A real home from home! Delta Sharm was a great central base, and although the prices we found were high in Egypt so we could only do one main day experience taking us away from the resort, we were kept happy the rest of the time just having a nice home and in such a good location. Glynis was really helpful and knowledgable and helped us sort our Bedouin Experience which is a must for any visitor! We enjoyed nights in Naama Bay and found that a visit to Egypt during Ramadan was nice if you want a slightly quieter break which we did. If we are able to return to Egypt again, we definitely would like to stay in this apartment.

Have recently returned from a wonderful 9 day holiday at Delta Sharm. The apartment was fantastic, brilliantly situated and wonderfully furnished. The extra touches such as the I-Pod Docking Station and Cable TV were of great use. Everything ran smoothly from initially booking the apartment to meeting Glynis on our arrival. We had a slight problem with the air conditioning whilst there but it was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Delta Sharm is a wonderful place to stay with beautiful grounds and numerous pools. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. We spent most of our time by the main pool - having two teenage daughters and were included in all the activities arranged from morning gym and water polo in the morning to a trip to Soho Square and karaoke in the Vampire Bar. This was out second time at Delta Sharm and will definitely not be our last. Are already planning to come out again in October. Would hightly recommend your apartment and hope to use it again shortly.

REVIEW: Thanks for the rental of your one bedroom apartment for the week at the begining of March. We had a lovely week with perfect weather and found the apartment to be wonderful. We felt at home straight away with the extra finishing touches you have added (Ipod docking station, DVD player and lovely furnishings). The complex itself was lovely, very peaceful with beautiful gardens and we would have had enough pools to try a new one each day and more. It was great to have the closest pool just 1 minute walk from the apartment so that we could pop back for anything we needed. REVIEW 2: The break was just what we needed. We found the apartment was extremely comfortable, very well furnished and the mod cons were a great bonus . It certainly lived up to the description and my highest hopes. Having wandered around Delta Sharm I decided this apartment couldnt be in a better spot, very quiet and the sun moves off the terrace after midday. The pool nearby seemed one of the nicest in the resort and we spent most of the time there, as I really needed to just relax and my partner was revising for an O.U exam ( I kid you not !). The 14 year old just wouldnt get out of the pool. Glynis was very helpful.
All in all a great break, thanks for all your help and advice before we went.
REVIEW 3: We have recently returned from the Delta sharm and had a great time. The apartment is excellent very clean and with everything you could need with lots of room (the apartment is a lot bigger than it looks in the pictures)! It is in a good location, not to far from the main entrance and all the facilities on site and there is a taxi rank outside the main entrance. Glynis is on hand if you ever need anything and she also provides some great advice on places to visit etc. We often stayed in the apartment at night and ordered food in and watched TV as it has a nice balcony and is very peaceful. Everything from booking this apartment to getting our deposit back was easy and with no problems. I would definitely recommend booking this apartment. Many Thanks, we will book again soon!!!!

My wife and I stayed at the apartment for part of our holiday in Sharm el-Sheikh and it more than exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, well decorated and very comfortable. We were just doing an internet search when we came across this apartment. Trying to book a week during October half term was never going to be easy, but the level of service and assistance we received from you was 'second to none'. Not really knowing the area ( Delta Sharm ), Daniel was very informative regarding the area and gave us invaluable advice to find flights. He even went to the extent of going out of his way to find flights for us. If it wasn't for the collapse of XL Airways, I'm sure we wouldn't have been disappointed in the apartment or the location.Even after the disappointment of losing our flights,you did not hesitate once in giving our deposit back.
