The apartment has been completely refitted and all furniture and appliances are high quality and new.
One king size bed in the main bedroom. Two queen size (UK double) beds in the second bedroom with the addition of 2 large Sofa Beds in the Living Room.

Delta Sharm Resort is an oasis of tranquility and relaxation immersed in marvelous tropical gardens. 75% of the area are gardens with only 25% buildings.
There are 12 different pools to choose from including the largest in Sharm el Sheikh. Along with this comes the amenities you would expect from a 5 Star resort including a Health Spa, Fully equipped gymnasium, several themed restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, Vampire bar and club, entertainment, Coffee Shops, Sandwich Bars, Doctor on site 24 hours, regular evening entertainment, Beauty Salons, 24 Hour security, Private beach with free Shuttle Bus service, Bank, ATM and various supermarkets and shops. Free Wi Fi is available throughout the resort including around the pools.

In resort I have engaged the services of a UK representative who can arrange the following for you at your convenience. Private airport transfers at 180 Egyptian Pounds return (our Driver will meet you at the airport with a name card), Tours and Excursions, Childminding and babysitting. Please ask for details.
I have also arranged discounted diving packages with a fully certified PADI diving centre. Private boat charters are also available.

In addition I have a 1 bedroom apartment that sleeps up to 4 that is only 10 metres from the 2 bedroom so perfect for larger parties of up to 10.

Cancellation.
In all cases of cancellation any breakages and or security deposits held are retained as cancellation fees.

If cancellation is for any reason covered by holiday insurance a detailed letter will be provided detailing any payments made so that any monies paid can be reclaimed according to the terms and conditions of the specific policy.
The owners and the agents advise that you have adequate insurance and accept no liability and or costs or excesses for any consequence either uninsured or not covered by a specific insurance purchased.
Conditions
Refundable breakages deposit of approximately 25% of total rental required in advance, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). This can paid either into our account or by cheque or paypal.
The total rental payment must be paid either in advance in the UK or can be paid to my representative on Delta Sharm prior to receivng the keys.
No smoking or pets are allowed in the apartment, but smoking is allowed on the balcony.

The Red Sea Riviera/Sinai region
The Sinai Peninsula is the easternmost part of Egypt between the Mediterranean and the Gulfs of Suez and Aqaba, both forks of the Red Sea. The western and northern coasts are practically uninhabited, but several Bedouin settlements-cum-tourist attractions dot the eastern coast.
The reason most tourists come here is the vistas underwater: the Sinai coast offers some of the best diving in the world. Some other areas of interest include:
Mount Sinai - reputedly the Mount Sinai where Abrahamic scripture claims Prophet Moses received the Ten Commandments, and the neighboring Monastery of St. Catherine
Basata - one of the oldest and most popular Ecolodges in Sinai. Note that Israelis are forbidden from entering the campsite.
Coloured Canyon - amongst some of the most beautiful rock formations hidden in the mountains
The Sharm El Sheikh / Naama Bay area
Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt is the Red Sea resort for scuba diving, snorkeling and family fun. The jewel of the Sinai, with history going back thousands of years, cultural tours and year round sunshine. It is considered Egypts top holiday destination.
Sharm el-Sheikh is situated on the Southern tip of the Sinai Peninsula, with the Red Sea on one side and the mountains of Mount Sinai on the other. Sharm el-Sheikh is the most accessible and developed tourist resort on the Sinai Peninsula. All around are Bedouins, colourful tents, mountains and sea.

My sister and I had a lovely relaxing holiday. The apartment is spacious, comfortable beds, great power shower, 2 mins to the nearest pool and just a short axi ride away from shops, restaurants and nightlife. It was great to be near to everything, but stay within a peaceful complex. Booking the apartment was very simple and Daniel answered all my questions and the contact on site was very helpful. |

Just returned from another great two week holiday at Delta. This two bedroom property was well presented and clean on our arrival and fully equipped for a self catering holiday with adequate space for our family of five. We were met at the airport by a private minibus arranged by the owners and this was well worth the money as it ensured a hassle free and comfortable transfer to the complex. The apartment itself was in a good central location and close to many of the swimming pools and only a short walk to the Friends Restaurant and the on site shops. The only minor set back was that you can only use the five main pools in close proximity to the apartment with the pool cards supplied (the other pools were available at a small charge.) |

Great resort and apartment. All the facilities you need and lots of swimming pools to choose from. Easy check-in and very flexible on check out which was great as we had a slightly later flight back and got to spend half a day by the pools.

We'd booked a trip for Delta Sharm Apartments for September 2011 through David. The booking process was very easy and I found them very helpful and resourceful with very prompt replies to all my questions via email,of which there were quite a few as I've never been to Sharm before. The apartment pictures looked fantastic and i got the impression that these guys had really thought about the holiday experience with careful consideration to detail; a phone call really helped make up our mind about going to Sharm and staying at Delta Sharm apartments and deposit was duly sent.
Our party was 6 adults and only after booking did i realise that we'd be sharing 1 bathroom between 6. It was an oversight on my part completely, the apartment details quite clearly stated that it was a family bathroom , how i missed this i don't know! After careful consideration we decided to cancel our booking purely because of this and with some regret that we'd not be going to Delta Sharm after all. In keeping with the high standard of customer service that we have had throughout, they've been very kind and agreed to fully refund our deposit, thanks guys! its such a shame we're not going with you guys this time around but I would not hesitate in recommending friends and family to book with you guys.

This is the 3rd time now that my family have stayed in 1 of your apartments and as always it has been fantastic.
The apartment is lovely, with everything that you need. It really is one of the nicest in Delta.
Delta Sharm is a fab place to be and the people there are lovely.
Glynis was great and Im sure that on my next visit to Sharm i will be calling you again for 1 of your superb apartments.

We had a fantastic time at Delta Sharm and your Apartment suited all our needs. This was our first time in Sharm and the taxi transfer s organised by you and the helpful service from Glynis made everything that bit easier.
The resort was really well maintained and the wide choice of pools was more than enough for us. The added bonus of having various shops nearby really helped.
Would seriously consider coming back to this excellent resort.

After arriving at Sharm airport we were met by our driver who was waiting to take us to the Delta Sharm resort where we had booked an apartment through Holidaylettings.co.uk. We were met by Glynnis who showed us to our apt and gave us the key and 4 pool cards (one each). She showed us how to use the aircon, room safe oven etc and was very helpful. The apt itself was spacious with an nice L-shaped sofa in the living room. The living room was furnished with a decent sized flatscreen tv/dvd and connected to a cable tv setup where we had many english channels. There was a stereo system with iPod dock and USB connected up too. Our bedroom comprised of a big double bed and enough space for all our clothes, complete with a wall mounted 15" flatscreen tv which was also connected to cable TV..Nice! The kids room was equally as good with 2 queen size beds, an iPod dock and 15" flatscreen tv/dvd. The bathroom had a shower you could fit 3 people in with plenty of hot water and was nice and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for the 2 week self catering stay such as a washing machine, oven, microwave etc etc, down to all the utensils you would expect to find. We had a small but nice balcony too which if you have a wireless laptop (which we did) could pickup a couple of free networks and get straight on to the internet.
Overall this was an excellent apartment decorated in a modern style with all you would ever need, sited on a complex with 12 pools, the nearest 2 being a 30 second walk away. The supermarket and chemist were at the top of the road a couple of minutes walk away where you can also find a hairdressers, several restaurants and even a computer shop! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment and complex to anyone visiting Sharm as we truly had the best time ever.it was made easy to book and took care of everything else for us.

We had a lovely time at your apartment. We had the private transfer by you and all was perfect. The apartment was perfect for my family with the kids and we all had a lovely time. The complex had everything we needed in it, swimming pools, playgrounds, restaurants and shops. The whole complex was very clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful time once we arrived, thanks for coping with my panic when our flight was cancelled and assisting us with finding an alternative, thanks to the volcanic ash & I couldn't get an internet connection. Thank you also for the wine for my birthday,I needed it after the trauma I'd been through! We loved the apartment & the location was great.It had everything we needed & more. Must admit we weren't very adventurous & always made for the nearest pool which was beautiful & quiet although we did do a bit of pool hopping for a quick swim in the other pools on our last day! All in all we had a fantastic time & also a thank you to Glynis.

We have just returned from a very enjoyable 2 week self catering holiday at the Delta Sharm Resort, Egypt. Booking was done very easily on line, with a very quick and efficient responce to our questions. On arrival at the resort we found Glynis to be very helpful, showing us to a clean and pleasant apartment which was equipped with everything required for a comfortable stay, she also gave us some useful information on the resort and surrounding area. On our return to the UK our deposit was refunded without delay. All in all a stress free experience which is exactly what a holiday should be.

I would like to thank you for letting us have his apartment for the last 2 Decembers 2008 and 2009, we spent 3 weeks there. The apartment is lovely and has all the home comforts you miss while you are on holiday. It makes it feel like home from home. The furnishings are very good quality, beds are very comfortable and so is the sofa. Very ideal apartment for families due to the space and the 2 bedrooms. Apartment is in an ideal location due to being near the heated pool for the children as other pools are very cold in December. I would highly recommend this apartment and if we go again this Christmas we will be definitely be booking again.

My husband, 5 year old son and I have stayed at your apartment for the past two years and had a fantastic time, so good that we are returning again this year. The apartment is fantastic, very well equipped for our needs. The quality of furniture, bedding, linen etc. is second to none and is a real home from home, together with being ideally located close to the pools, restaurants and supermarket. The apartment has everything we could possibly require for a holiday and more. Both David and his representative Glynis are extremely helpful and friendly. The complex of Delta Sharm is great with lovely pools and so many to choose from, and is ideally located just 5 minutes from Naama Bay!. I would definitely recommend the apartment and the complex to anyone. Can't wait until October when we return again!

We all enjoyed our stay at the Delta Sharm apartment, a tranquil environment at a pleasant temperature thanks to the air conditioning. We also enjoyed the many exciting things Delta had to offer us all within a stones throw from the apartment. The restaurants, pools and gardens made up a brilliant holiday. We loved the fact that we could sit on our veranda on the hottest days without overheating. We also liked how the apartment was roomy, not being cramped but having plenty of room and a pleasant sized bathroom and bedrooms. The beds were lovely with nice cool soft cotton sheets; I hope we can come back some time if you’re not too booked up.

Just a quick note to say thank you for allowing us to use your apartment at Delta, all four of us had a great time from start to finish, the apartment was lovely and ideal for the four of us. Home from home for the two girls because they could still watch their dvds in bed! Glynis was lovely to deal with and most helpful, the whole complex was ideal for us. Could not believe how cheap things are in Egypt.
We are already saying that we will return to Delta again as it makes a great base for a family and is far better than going all inc. Hubby was delighted, live football in town at the Tavern and then he was able to watch Manchester City win in the comfort of his own apartment and a few cold beers, whilst we were getting ready to go out.

We were just doing an internet search when we came across this apartment. Trying to book a week during October half term was never going to be easy, but the level of service and assistance we received from David was 'second to none'. Not really knowing thearea ( Delta Sharm ), David was very informative regarding the area and gave us invaluable advice to find flights. He even went to the extent of going out of his way to find flights for us. If it wasn't forthe collapse of XL Airways, I'm sure we wouldn't have been disappointed in the apartment or the location.Even after the disappointment of losing our flights,David did not hesitate once in giving our deposit back.
