This is a new (Nov 07) luxury 130sq metre 2 bedroom apartment in phase 2 of this popular complex (classed locally as 7 star!). Furnished to the highest standards with polished marble floors and air conditioning throughout, and marble worktops to the handmade fitted kitchen. Master bedroom has a queen sized bed and 2 single sofa beds and t.v. 2nd bedroom has 2 x three quarter beds. This has been furnished with families in mind with a travelcot and highchair supplied and a bath.
This apartment is furnished and located with families in mind, in a quiet location away from the nightly entertainment but still within easy reach of the swimming pools ( approx 200 metres )and the new children's nursery. We supply a travelcot with bedding and a mothercare folding booster seat high chair (suitable for 6+ months).

The Red Sea Riviera/Sinai region
Sharm el sheikh is located on the sinai penninsula in the red sea on the gulf of arabia. We have visited the area for the last 4 years at all times of the year including spending 3 christmas's there, the sun is hot all year round and it never rains. the resort has all the usual activities including quad bike tours,jeep safari's,boat trips and is known worldwide for its corals and fish which have to be seen to be believed.
Should you wish to travel a bit further then Luxor with the valley of the kings, Cairo, Giza with the pyramids, Saint Cathrines monestry at mount sinai with the burning bush are within easy reach. ( Our agents would be happy to arrange any activity for you at a competetive price).
Sharm El Sheikh / Naama Bay area
Delta sharm is located half way between Naama bay and old sharm. Naama bay is the main area with many restaurants serving local food, but if you would like to accommodate the less adventurous then there are always the familiar names ( Hard rock cafe, pizza hut, Mc donalds, and KFC ) . Because of the climate the shops and restaurants are quite during the day but really come alive at night.
Old sharm is smaller than Naama bay but just as busy in the evening, with the old market and the smaller shops and restaurants in the back streets it is more interesting and you always feel safe and at ease.

Further details indoors: The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, including fully fitted kitchen in hardwood and green indian marble worktops with an inset electric hob and built in fan oven, american fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and plenty of kitchen utensils.
The dining area has a dining table to seat 6. Lounge area has a large modern 3 piece suite (sofa could be made into 7th bed) 29" colour t.v. with 64 cable channels, dvd player & remote controlled air conditioning. The terrace area also has a large 6 seater dining table and chairs. The Bathroom has the usual fittings with a bath with shower over. Bedroom 1 has queen size bed, 2 single sofa beds dressing table with mirror and wardrobe and 14" colour t.v & remote controlled air conditioning. Bedroom 2 has 2 three quarter beds, a dressing table with mirror and wardrobes & remote controlled air conditioning.
Further details outdoors: Towel cards for free sunbeds and towels at all pools. Shuttle bus available to the beach and Naama Bay. Taxi rank outside of main entrance. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants (with home delivery), full fitness suite ( including sauna, massage, jacuzzi ) and full laundry service all onsite. Secure Creche with paddling pool (opening soon, approximaately Easter) and children's play area. The gated complex has 24 hour security.
Please be aware, that if you go into an Oil/perfume shop it is very hard to get out without a purchase. If you are not interested in buying, say NO quite sternly and walk way!! Don't let them intimadate you.

We have 2 egyptian, english speaking agents who will be happy to help you with anything you need, who's telephone numbers will be stored in the pay as you go phone supplied in the apartment. These 2 agents are very helpfull and will arrange any excursions you want to book aswell as helping you with any local knowledge and advise.

Conditions
We only permit couples and families, only guests named on the booking form. If you book under false pretences you will be refused entry to the apartment by our agents or even evicted during your stay if you are found to be breaking these rules.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. 25% non refundable deposit required to secure your booking. confirmation will be e-mailed to you upon cleared funds and a booking form will be posted out to you. The balance is payable 10 weeks prior to your arrival. We are happy to reserve your dates for 7 days while you look for a flight and pay your 25% non refundable deposit. Until we have received a deposit the apartment will still be shown as available. Airport transfers (if required,arrival and departure) £35 for the first 2 people + £5 per person thereafter. Welcome pack will be supplied on your arrival.
Please don't forget you are responsible for arranging your own travel insurance to cover you for the entire duration of your stay The price given is for the apartment including electricity and water, not per person.
Cancellations 29 - 56 days before arrival date - 50% of rental refunded 15-28 days before arrival - 25% of rental refunded 0-14 days before arrival - 10% of rental refunded Liability is limited to the value of the apartment booking
upon arrival an inventory of all equipment will be taken with our agent ( should your arrival be late at night then the following morning will be fine ) and a returnable deposit of £150 will be payable locally to the agent and refunded on departure.
