Centrally located 1 bedroom apartment, furnished to a luxury European standard set in a building of stunning Mediterranean style architecture. All rooms are air-conditioned and the apartment is fully furnished and equipped. It was re-decorated in Nov 07- a no compromise approach to equipping this modern apartment with everything you could need incl. perfect DSL connection, TV, Satellite with international channels... Nice balcony with garden view.

The complex has an idyllic swimming pool. Only minutes away from restaurants, shops and the beach - the apartment is set in protected, private walled gardens, with lush lawns, palm trees and banana plants- in what can only be described as a peaceful idyllic oasis. Perfect for families who want all the convenience of a central location but also want absolute peace, quiet and security.

We have our office in the same resort which means we are onsite to assist our guests (12 hrs a day, 7 days a week), as well as arranging excursions, tailor made tours and diving.
House keeping twice a week and transfer to and from the airport is included when renting one week or more!

Since we have several apartments in this complex this is a great choice for two, tree or four families who want to holiday together - each has the privacy of a fine apartment only minutes away from each other, but sharing the same peaceful oasis and pool.

Not far from the resort, you can visit the Ras Mohammed National Park. It's made up of two contrasting examples of natural beauty - one on land and the other beneath the waves of the Red Sea. The park features immense sandstone mountains that spill down to stunning coral reefs.

Booking the apartment requires a 30% advance of the rental price. The remaining 70% should be paid in cash upon arrival. We offer free transfer from and back to airport for bookings of 7 nights and more. Excursions, diving and car can be booked through us.

Security deposit is of 1 day for a period from 1 to 3 nights and two days for a longer stay.
