A lovely 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with terrace, recently been completely refurbished in every room. Situated near to 5 swimming pools, health club and hairdressers in an excellent location on the 5 star Delta Sharm Resort. The apartment sleeps a maximum of four and had air conditioning in every room aswell as your everyday comforts.
The apartment is set within a gated complex with 24-hour security and has all your holiday requirements e.g. bank supermarket restaurants. The complex is located five minutes from Naama Bay, a busy holiday resort comprises of shops, bars, restaurants inc Hard Rock Cafe, TGI Fridays, and Starbucks. A variety of bars, discos and even a casino offer entertainment until late into the night.
There are also quieter resorts which offer friendly, relaxed atmosphere, which are in easy reach too.

The Red Sea Riviera/Sinai region
The simplicity of sun, sea and sand, water sports, shopping and entertainment. This is Sharm el-Sheikh, one of the most accessible and developed tourist resort communities on the Sinai peninsula. With diving,snorkelling, windsurfing and other water sports, horse and camel riding - it is almost impossible for a visitor to ever suffer from boredom.
The Sinai area of Egypt is a very arid desert climate with 2 main seasons, both of which are dry seasons. The winter months are between November to March. In this time the day temperature is still warm but the night time temperature can drop to about 12°C and inland in the desert it can get less than this. The summer weather is very hot and dry. The low humidity makes the high temperatures a lot more bearable, The temperature in the day can be in the forties and night time the temperature is still in the mid thirties.
Sharm El Sheikh / Naama Bay area
The most famous and developed of Sharm's bays is Na'ama, where pioneering hotels, resorts and diving centres first took up residence in the early 1980s. Na'ama Bay is bustling with activity at all hours. Its numerous beachside cafes and restaurants.
Whether you enjoy scuba diving, windsurfing, waterskiing or just soaking up the rays of the brilliant sun that never seems to hide behind clouds, you'll find something of interest in Na'ama Bay.
How to get there
Fly to Sharm el Sheikh Airport -Apartment is about 20mins away by taxi. Taxi fare should be no more than £15 I usually book my flights with www.ba.com., www.cheapflights.co.uk, www.redseaflights.com of www.xl.com. They fly to Sharm el Sheikh Airport from the major English airports and are reasonably priced. For your convenience you will be met at Sharm airport if required or at the resort by my agent who will transport you to our apartment and return you there at the end of the holiday.

Living room consists of new corner sofa and chair (not shown in photo), dining table and chairs to seat 4, air conditioning, cable tv with 60 channels.

Further details outdoors: The 5 star Delta Sharm Resort consists of the following: 12 swimming pools, (1 heated and working all year round) 4 outside Jacuzzi’s, Health club, children’s playground, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The restaurants also offer room service and drinks/meals around the pool.
There are 5 restaurants on the complex with 3 supermarkets also on-site. The big supermarket Metro which 2 minutes away in a taxi, who will wait for you and should cost you about £2.00, sells everything you need. There is also a fantastic choice of restaurants in Naama Bay to suit everyone from McDonalds, Pizza Hut, TGI Fridays, Indian, Italian, Chinese. Also quieter restaurants outside Naama Bay, Columbus and Sadikis overlooking the sea. There are several nightclubs Ministry of Sound and Hard Rock café, Pacho and Casinos.
Conditions
A 25% no refundable deposit is required. We send the keys to you by special delivery apx 2 weeks before you go, and the balance to be paid by cheque dated four days before you leave the UK, or cash on arrival.
The price given is for the apartment not per person, and includes water and electricity.
The pool cards will be handed to you by my representative their which entitles you to use the free sunbeds around any of the pools.

Hi Alison DELTA SHARM Large complex, with lovely gardens, very well looked after. Fabulous pools, different types for all requirements, we liked the main pool with music and games and lots of people watching. Shops, cafés, restaurants, bank, hairdressers and various other things at entrance and in complex. Our 2 girls, 15 & 11, felt quite safe walking round the complex at night APARTMENT 101 Large living/dining area and 2 very good size bedrooms. The A.C. helps to cool you down and is a godsend. Well equipped kitchen and large bathroom with shower. Glynis, who looks after the apartment, will help out with local info/tips/trips. We flew to Cairo for the day and had a day to remember for vever. We had a great holiday, our 1st time in Egypt, but don’t think it will be our last. The Patrick Family Glasgow
