S1 is a newly completed, ground floor, end apartment and is furnished and maintained to a very high standard. Situated on a small , award-winning development in the up and coming area of Nabq it is located between the backdrop of the beautiful Sinai mountains andt the turquoise waters of the Red Sea. It is set in attractive landscaped gardens , a few steps to the large pool . with HOTSPOTZ pool bar serving snacks and soft drinks. 2 smaller pools are on the complex if you prefer somewhere to yourselves. All have children's areas. Sun loungers are provided along with plenty of seating areas and parasols around all pools.
The apartment consists of :
BEDROOMS: One with king size bed and sliding doors leading to terrace. The second has twin beds. Both rooms have plenty of storage and wardrobe space, mirror unit ,hairdryer. and a/c unit.
LOUNGE: The spacious lounge is furnished with bed settee, 2 comfortable chairs, sat TV, DVD player, coffee table, lamps, cushions a/c unit, a very relaxed and comfortable feel. Sliding doors to the gated terrace which is comfortably furnished with sofa, and chairs with additional dining space, making a perfect extra living area for the warm evenings.
KITCHEN AREA: breakfast bar, and stools, full oven and 4 ring hob, large fridge freezer, microwave and all the equipment you could possibly need.... you wont be looking for the tin opener or cork screw here. !
BATHROOM: with granite topped vanity unit, w.c./bidet, bath with over bath shower and clothes airer.
There is a furnished roof terrace giving wonderful views of the sea and mountains, an ideal place to relax and watch the spectacular sunsets.
The apartment is kept cool by three powerful, SILENT, air conditioning units.

The Red Sea Riviera/Sinai region
Sharm El Sheikh is situated at the tip of the beautiful Sinai peninsular .
Here you will find year round sunshine, it hardly ever rains so anytime of the year is a good time to visit. Plenty of beautiful beaches with protected areas of coral and amazing marine life.
The Red Sea is well known for its coral reefs and divers come from around the world to enjoy this beautiful area.. If you are not a diver... dont worry, you wont miss out ! buy a mask and snorkel and you too can enjoy this underwater world. Diving trips and snorkelling trips can be easily arranged.
If diving is not your taste many other activities are available, quad biking, horse riding, camel trekking, water parks, kite surfing, all are available locally.
When you have had enough of the beach and all the activities why not take an excursion to places of interest ie. Pilgrimage to the top of Mount Sinai to see the sun rise, - a never-to-forgotton experience - and then on to St Catherine's monastery, the coloured canyon, a trip into the desert to experience life in a Beouin camp, day trip by boat to Ras Mohamed national park for sightseeing and diving. No trip to Egypt is complete without a visit to Cairo for the pyramids and Luxor for the Valley of the Kings. All can be arranged..

Sharm El Sheikh / Nabq Bay area
There are plenty of lovely beaches in the area. The apartment is 750m from the Sea Club hotel our guests have the use of the hotel facilities and private beach with parasols and loungers, restaurants and pools This hotel offers a lovely beach, the marine life is some of the best in Sharm, you dont even have to be a swimmer to enjoy it... sit on the pontoon and see the fish without even getting your toes wet. Alternatively, jump in and enjoy.
Sharks Bay only a short drive away offering a real Egyptian feel with Bedouin cafes, shops, lots of water sports including diving, banana boats and brilliant swimming and snorkelling. The restaurant on the beach is fantastic in the evening, give it a try... very Shirley Valentine with your table on the beach and the sea only a few metres away.
The Regency hotel offers a different beach area, this is a shallow beach, idea for small children and those not comfortable in the water... A promanade area runs along this area with electric bikes available and small ones for the children. Great fun and a good way to see the changing beach areas or find a nice place to eat later. Camel rides and horse riding are also available along this area of beach. Colona watersports Kite surfing school is located at this beach and offers introductory courses for beginners.. Those who are experienced will have a fantastic time. This is run by an experienced , fully qualified english couple.
All the above beaches are available to Egyptian Experience guests for a small charge, including transport.
Several new hotels have now opened in the area, the closest one to us is equipped with a fantastic aquapark which will be open to the general public.
Nabq is only 5 minutes away by local bus or taxi. This is a very up and coming area and has expanded greatly recently. Here you will find 24/7 supermarket and the newly opened Metro supermarket, the largest in sharm. ! They will deliver and even cook the fresh fish for you.! You can ring and order your groceries to be delivered all in iced cool boxes.
Some great restaurants... The Peking House Restaurant is excellent, along with On Fish, Italian Restaurants McDonalds, Starbucks and many more. The Zone offers a great evening dining and dancing. Take aways are available from most restaurants in the area. Use our mobile and give them a call if you dont want to move from the balcony... Have a night swim and dinner delivered to you on your balcony... perfect. Many well know designer stores have now opened in Nabq, Levi, Timberland, fabulous bag and shoe shops, designer sun glasses. An aquapark and children's' areas has recently opened.
20 mins by local bus will find you at Naama Bay, the centre of night life in Sharm El Sheikh. Here you will find more restaurants, bars, casino's, clubs and all the shopping could possibily require. Enjoy Hard Rock, TGI Fridays. Little Buddha.. The Indian restaurant at the camel bar is popular.. or go on the roof terrace and have a meal and a Sheesha pipe .
Old Sharm still retains the real Egyptian feel and this is where the local people do their shopping. This area is great for eating out, try a typical Egyptian restaurant or the many fish restaurant where prices are very reasonable. Have a go at haggling for your souvenirs, a great way to make new friends and have a new experience, relax and have a cup of tea and enjoy yourself. Just remember the price they ask is never the price you will end up paying and you do not have to buy, if you dont like the price leave and look elsewhere.
Taxi's are widely available but do agree a price before getting in. Many will wait for you while you do your shopping or arrange to collect you later. Alternatively, try the local blue and white bus service. These run very often, there are no bus stops, just put your hand out to stop one. They are really cheap and it should not cost you any more than 5LE(50p) to get to Naama Bay, 1LE (20p) to Nabq .Give it a try. Transport can also be arranged at admin office. Speak to Norita on our complex who does great weekly deals .
How to get there
Flights from all major UK and international airports to Sharm El Sheikh. try www.xl.com www.justtheflight.co.uk use search engines not travel agents for the best deals. Egyptian Experience Resort is only 10 mins by car. Transfers can be arranged for a small charge, payble locally.

Further details indoors: This is my home when I am in Egypt and I have ensured that it will just that for you with all the added touches of lamps, rugs, cushions, dvd's, plenty of music c.d.'s for every taste. Sliding fly screens are installed at all windows and patio doors so you can let in the cooling breeze.
In the kitchen you will find plenty of pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware. even down to a cool bag for taking your drinks to the beach or pool.. In fact, everything you could possible need for a self catering holiday.
A mobile phone with an Egyptian sim card is provided for your use, which can be topped up at most stores . This makes it much cheaper for receiving texts from the UK and also great for ringing taxi's., having a contact number if you book trips, want a take away delivered or want to keep in touch with new friends.
From December 2008 we will also have a heated swimming pool.
Further details outdoors: The use of 3 swimming pools , 24 hour security, laundry room, , small supermarket selling basics. PLEASE NOTE WE NOW HAVE INTERNET ACCESS AVAILABLE AT THE SUPERMARKET for a minimal charge , BQ Area, car hire. Taxi's arranged, trips can be booked to places of interest , diving, quad biking whatever your interest may be.
We now have "Hotspotz" pool snack bar up and running where you can enjoy snacks, and soft drinks around the pool from 10am - 6pm daily, very reasonably priced.

The apartment will be cleaned and ready for your arrival with laundry being done at the end of your stay. Plenty of linen and towels and pool towels are provided in the apartment. Further housekeeping is not included, however, this can be arranged with admin should you require it for a small charge.
Check in and out times are flexible depending on arrival of other guests. If the apartment is to be occupied the same day as your departure then we would ask you to vacate by 12 noon in order for the cleaning staff to go in. If there is no booking for that day then please feel free to occupy it until it is time to leave for your flight, to the latest time of 6.pm.

Our first time at Egyptian Experience and we could not have found a better apartment than S1. Carole provided everything we could possibly want to know or use. The apartment is well situated away from the entrance and close to the pool. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall. the best of our 4 holidays to Sharm so far, we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and will definitely be returning to S1.

Egypt is one of the most fascinating places we have been to for a family holiday. The apartment of yours is fantastic, and we would certainly go back and more importantly recommend it to anybody. The staff at the complex coud not do enough for my family. The complex is very clean and tidy and the apartment had everything we could possibly have wanted. The beach was fantastic.
