About the home

The appartment is set in the lush tropical gardens of the Riviera Complex which has shops, pool bar, restaurant, private beach, a gynmasium and many other amenities, making it ideal for children of all ages or as as escape for the not so young! The nightlife of Na'ama Bay and the Red Sea beaches are only 5 minutes away. This appartment really provides the best of both worlds - diverse entertainment and food if eating out, cooking for yourselves or getting one of the numerous takeaway options.

Sharm el-Sheikh on the Sinai peninsula in Egypt is a lively, modern, all year round sun destination. It is famous for some of the best scubadiving and snorkelling sites in the world. Cairo's pyramids and the sights of Luxor can also be visited on day trips.

The apartment has been completely designed and furbished to a very high level by the owner to European standards and all furniture and appliances are high quality.

Apartment was built as my own Home and finished to reflect this, the Quality of fittings and furniture are not common for a property on the rental market.

The bedroom was custom designed and hand built from solid white pine, a Super King-size bed and fitted wardrobes provide ample storage. Blackout blinds and Air-conditioning assure a comfortable nights rest. For additional entertainment a large flat screen and DVD/Media centre are also fitted.

The Living area has 2 High quality Habitat metal framed Sofa bed custom made for me in Cairo. These will sleep 2 and 1 person in comfort. With both out the apartment will sleep 5 although it does restrict space in that room when they are both made up.
2 couples could share quite comfortably share apartment and one child.
The living room also has Satellite TV with several English Language channels offering News, Drama and Movies.

The Kitchen is again built from solid pine hand crafted onsite to my design. It contains everything you need to cook, Bosch Gas hob and Panasonic Micro/ combination oven.

The Bathroom has a marble floor and surfaces, a Bath and shower. It also has a high quality Washing machine for laundry.

This apartment is recognised within the complex as the highest quality apartment built there and is widely used within marketing materials for Riviera Sharm Resort Company.

The appartment is non smoking inside - however smokers can use the outside terrace area.

Further details

The Interior of the apartment has special bi folding doors to allow wheelchair access to bathroom and bedroom. However Caution has to be taken as Egypt is not the most wheel chair friendly places.

the apartment is on the ground floor but a few steps are still needed to be negoicated to fully access all site facilities.

Conditions

Short Term rents 4 days or fewer will incur a £50 cleaning fee.

There is a strict no smoking policy inside this property, Smoking inside apartment will result in forfeiting of security deposit. ( Smoking is Welcome in the Garden seating area.)

The area also provides easy access to the historical gems of the Pyramids in Cairo, the Nile, Luxor plus many others wonders of the ancient egyptian world.
