Superb family accommodation, this is a luxury 2 bedroom apartment with veranda, on a stunning 5 Star complex. Situated next to several superb swimming pools (including a heated pool 10 seconds stroll from the apartment) it is in an excellent location. Fascilities include a King Size bed in the Master bedroom, 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a sofa bed in the Lounge. Both bedrooms boast large wardrobes with adequate storeage space for all the family. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, including cable TV (over 90 channelsincluding film & music channels), DVD Player and a fully equipped kitchen, with Zanussi washing machine. We also have a baby cot, highchair & baby bath and can arrange a babysitting fascility with our agent. There is air conditioning in each of the bedrooms. The apartment is set within a gated complex with 24-hour security. The complex is located five minutes from Naama Bay, near the Sharm Hospital. Numerous bars, restaurants, shops and the attractive Mediterranean promenade have made Naama Bay a busy holiday resort. A variety of bars, discos and even a casino offer entertainment until late into the night. Or you can just put the children to bed & enjoy a glass of wine on the veranda in candle light, reflecting on your day . You will not be disappointed with this apartment or its fascilities! This is a quiet complex, which offers a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and attractions for families, young singles and older couples alike. A new super market has recently been opened & May sees the opening of 2 more pools! Keep an eye open for Tony Blair & Colin Charvis (Welsh Rugby International) who own properties in the area.

The Red Sea Riviera/Sinai region
Sun, sea, sand, golf, water sports, shopping, entertainment and guaranteed weather. Also, arguably the best diving siites available. Everything you need for a great vacation. This is Sharm el-Sheikh, one of the most accessible and developed tourist resort on the Sinai peninsula. With diving,snorkelling, windsurfing and other water sports, horse and camel riding, you cant fail to enjoy yourself. The Sinai area of Egypt is a very arid desert climate with 2 main seasons, both of which are dry . The winter months are between November to March. In this time the day temperature is still warm but the night time temperature can drop to about 12°C and inland in the desert it can get less than this. The summer weather is very hot and dry. The low humidity makes the high temperatures a lot more bearable, The temperature in the day can be in the forties and night time the temperature is still in the mid thirties.
Sharm El Sheikh area
The main activity in Sharm is diving. You can complete your PADI diving certificates in the Red sea with regulated diving companies.
You can also enjoy other activites such as horse riding in the desert at sunrise, quad biking in the desert at sunrise or sunset, camel rides, boat trips & much more.
There are numerous restaurants from Hard Rock Cafe to Italian, Lebanese, Mexican, Chinese. You also have your fast food chains. There is shopping in the more sophisticated Na`ama Bay, or for those bargain hunters, the Old Sharm Market.
St Catherines Monastery & Mt Sinai are great experiences.
You can fly from Sharm airport to visit the Pyramids in Cairo or The Valley of the Kings in Luxor

Fly to Sharm el Sheikh Airport -Apartment is 10 mins away by taxi.Fare should be no more than £15 I book online with the following - www.thomsonfly.com, www.ba.com, www.cheapflights.co.uk or www.redseaflights.com.
They fly to Sharm el Sheikh Airport and are reasonably priced.
When you arrive at Sharm Airport you can get a taxi from just ousdie the terminal building. There are lots of taxis available and you should agree your price before getting in. Taxi fare should cost you no more than £20.00 (200 egyptian pounds)

The apartment is situated next to the warm swimming pool (heated in the winter months) It also boasts extensive landscaped garden around the complex. There are 16 swimming pools (2 opened in May 2008) all with their unique characteristics. There are swimming pools with pool side bars, children's pools with slides and many also have jacuzzis alongside them. You are spoilt for choice.
The complex also has several supermarkets, an internet cafe and restaurants. A british butcher has a shop on the complex which sells british bacon, sausages and various cuts of meat. There is a medical centre, gym & beauty spar for your convenience.
If your a bit more adventurous then travel down to Na'amma bay or Old Sharm Town and haggle with the local traders for gifts. The desert horse riding and quad biking is unforgetable. There are excursions to St Catherines & Mount Sinai as well as the best diving, Sharm having received the award for the best holiday diving 2007!

8 weeks before departure - We require the remainder of the balance payable.
When we have received the full payment we shall provide you with all the details you need for your stay.
Please don't forget you are responsible for arranging your own travel insurance to cover you for the entire duration of your stay.
Conditions
The deposit is non-refundable. However, if you cancel, the Proprietors will make every effort to secure a booking in your stead, and a full refund shall be made where ever possible.
