Beautifully appointed and centrally located in a secure and quiet residential complex in the heart of Nabq, our privately owned top floor apartment is ideally positioned to explore all the magnificent beaches, restaurants, amenities and experiences that Sharm has to offer.
Only 800km from the beach and overlooking the pool and landscaped gardens, the large, open plan apartment sleeps 6 comfortably, is fully air-conditioned with 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms (master ensuite) and private roof terrace from which to enjoy the outstanding Red Sea, Tiran Island and Sinai Mountain Views.
Within Nabq there are shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants, 4&5 star hotels & resorts and a beach front promenade which links all as you meander down the stunning coastline of Nabq Bay.
Transfer is quick, being 10 minutes from the Airport and if you fancy a livelier pace, Naama Bay with its vibrant, bustling shops, bars and restaurants, etc is only 15 minutes away and Soho Square with its shopping, dancing fountains, ice rink, ice bar and bowling alley, amongst restaurants and other attractions is closer still.
There is an abundance of activities available; for the adventurous there is snorkelling, diving, desert quad-biking, watersports, etc, for the explorers a visit to the Pyramids, Cairo, Luxor, St Catherine’s Mount or Ras Mohammed is a must and for those looking for a more relaxing time, there is always the swimming pool and/or our recommendation - the superb facilities at Pataya Beach.
FREE to guests of the Sierra Complex. Pataya Beach is by far the most superior with its cheery and attentive staff, beach bar and grill, swimming pool, lagoon, double sun beds, children’s play area, beauty salon and massage, cocktails and camels rides!

The apartment has 3 large bedrooms; the master bedroom (with ensuite & balcony) has a king size bed, dressing table/chest of drawer and bed side cabinets, the second bedroom (also has a balcony), king size bed, dressing table, bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobe and the third has twin beds, cabinet and chest of drawers.
The layout of the accommodation is open plan and spacious; the living/dining area is equipped with a 32” plasma TV with satellite, a dvd player with a large selection of DVD and i-Pod/i-Phone Docking Station. The galley kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with Fridge/Freezer, automatic washing machine, electric hob & combi-microwave oven, amongst the usual items & utensils.
The whole apartment has fully remote controlled air-conditioning/heating throughout and beautiful pool/garden, Red Sea and Tiran Island views from every room.

There are 5 pools on the complex, well maintained gardens and 24hr security.
There is also a secure and well managed crèche on site, English speaking who provide evening baby-sitting service with given notice.
Please Note:The apartment is situated on a hotel complex which is currently under construction. Whilst there is building work on site, it is not apparent and does not affect the views, as it is only visible from the main road and cannot be seen or heard from the apartment, however, the groundworks around our apartment are being landscaped and we have taken all this into account in our pricing structure. Therefore we are currently offering considerably discounted rates with additional benefits until the hotel is completed – and are confident that you will not find an equivalent apartment of size, quality and location at this price.

SUN is guaranteed all year round, and it's hot, not humid - with average temperatures during the summer months (April to October) ranging from 20 to 45 degrees Celsius (68-113°F) and winter months (November to March) from 15 to 35 degrees Celsius (59-95°F).
This wonderful weather, along with warm crystal blue waters make it perfect for diving or snorkelling amongst the coral reefs, marine life and wrecks, and offers some of the best diving in the world. However, there are water parks, national parks, old markets, monasteries, desert safari trips, the coloured canyon and so much more.
With the mountains of the Sinai desert on one side and the beautiful sandy shores of the Red Sea on the other it has so much more to offer than just the average beach holiday – a mixture of culture and relaxation make for a memorable stay.
The Sharm El Sheikh / Nabq Bay area
As well as being a great cultural tour base for trips to the Pyramids and Cairo, Luxor, Mt Sinai, Jerusalem and Petra, etc, Sharm El Sheikh's many amenities and attractions include sulphur springs, coral reefs, old markets, casinos, discos and nightclubs including Pacha, PGA championship golf courses with club and buggy hire, world-renowned diving and snorkelling spots, windsurfing, water-skiing, kite-surfing and other water sports to suit all levels of experience and capability, horse and camel riding, go-karting, quad biking, desert safaris and Bedouin dinners.
Nabq itself has something for everyone, not only are there fantastic beaches, but there are water parks - the Sunrise Tirana Aquapark Hotel, one of the most popular family-oriented waterpark resorts in Sharm is available on a daily rate of £25 for a family and is only 5mins by taxi, another is currently under construction at the Tropicana Resort, only a short walk from the apartment and is said to be ready in 2011.
All culinary tastes are catered for; KFC, McDonalds, etc deliver to your door, Starbucks, TGI Fridays & Peking Chinese are just a few to mention as well as the British Bars, where you can get a great steak. However, we would highly recommend the local cuisine, particularly Onions, and to take in the cafe culture and relax with a mint tea and a Shisha.
If you want to relax at home, there are excellent supermarkets in Nabq open 24hours providing fresh meat, fish, deli, bread, fruits and vegetables – complete with a delivery service to the door.

I am just back from staying at this apartment, kite surfing at nearby Kite Junkies at Nabq Bay. The apartment is located set back from the main road, the apartment was very quiet and felt secure. The living room is massive, with an apple docking station for music, a big screen TV with sea and pool views. All three bedrooms are large (2 double, one twin), all have air-con and crisp white sheets. There are two smaller terraces & a massive roof terrace which had views of the sea one way & the mountains the other. The pool is fab & we were often the only ones using it. The owner was quick on emails while booking & also arranged a transfer for us with his English local contact from the airport for £15 return. She let us into the place & showed us around which saved any hassles or waiting around. Plenty of good restaurants around, or you can order in (we had nice Peking Chinese one night). Higly recommended for groups of friends or families - cheap holiday! |

A 50GBP non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings with balance due 28 days prior to departure date. If booking are made within 28 days of departure then full balance is required.
Electricity is topped up via a top up card. The electric meter will be jointly read upon your arrival and departure and the balance payable to the onsite agent. i.e. August £20/week, December £5/week. This way you only pay for what you use and there is guaranteed electricity available for the next person. Water is paid for locally and costs about £5 week
