About the home

This is a fabulous place to "chill" out in comfort at an unbeatable price. Brilliant night life is nearby, if you want it, spectacular beaches to enjoy and soak up that gorgeous sun and plenty of ‘things to do’ for the energetic ones.

It is perfect for families, friends, and couples who want to escape from the boredom and repetition of all inclusive hotels and enjoy the freedom to experience all that Sharm has to offer. It’s also fantastic for divers as we have our own resident dive instructors and stunning coral reefs to explore right on our doorstep.

The apartment is furnished and maintained to a very high standard. It’s fully equipped with ample towels and bedding, even your beach towels are included.

It comfortably sleeps 4 and further guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room. The bed settee is designed to sleep 2 adults. Cots for the very young ones are available to hire at a cost of 100LE per week.

This is a corner apartment, located on the first floor, overlooking one of the five pools on the resort – the newest one! The huge balcony is fully furnished and is south facing with amazing views over the Red Sea and Tiran Island.

The apartment consists of:

Lounge: A very spacious and light lounge with a large sofa that also converts to a double bed, armchair, flat screen TV and satellite box with numerous, multi-lingual channels available, large picture windows (allowing fantastic views) and patio doors leading on to the very spacious balcony. The lounge also has a powerful and quiet air conditioning unit and is tastefully decorated.

Balcony: Fully furnished with a five piece rattan suite (sofa, two chairs and table) and a table with 4 chairs - a perfect place to start the day with breakfast on the terrace, gazing at the amazing sea and pool views and again for chilling at the end of a long day!

Kitchen: Open plan with a granite breakfast bar with stools, and fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday – large fridge/freezer, electric 4 ring cooking hob and electric oven (if you feel inclined to cook!). All utensils, crockery, pans etc (everything you will need) is available.

Master bedroom: King size bed, dressing table, mirror, two bed side tables, built in closet and patio doors leading on to the balcony. Most importantly, there is a silent and powerful air conditioning unit to aid peaceful sleep on those hot summer nights!

Bedroom Two: King size bed, dressing table, mirror, bed side tables, built in closet, silent air conditioning unit and window to rear.

Bathroom: Large and airy with toilet/bidet, sink, full bath and powerful shower.

Roof Terrace: Wonderful views of the sea and mountains, an ideal place to relax and watch the spectacular sunsets.

The resort is just ten minutes from the airport and only 700 meters from the glorious Red Sea. There are five pools, set in beautiful gardens, to choose from and there are plenty of sunbeds and parasols available free of charge.

The resort has a pool side bar offers soft drinks, food and snacks from 10am - sunset daily, as well as a small onsite shop, for the essentials, an Admin office with helpful English speaking staff and 24 hour security. An English speaking taxi service is also onsite, with fixed prices and very easy to use, especially if you don’t like haggling with the local taxi drivers!

Utilities are not included in the rental fee.

£100 non refundable deposit on booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure. If less than 6 weeks to departure on booking, price to be paid in full.

The apartment will be cleaned and ready for your arrival. The beds will be made up and all bed linen and towels are provided.

Further housekeeping can be arranged onsite, for a small fee. Just ask in the office.

Cot hire can be arranged also payable locally to the office.

Airport transfers and welcome grocery packs can be arranged for you (please ask for further details).

The Red Sea Riviera/Sinai region

The apartment is located in one of the best areas in the world for diving and snorkelling.

It’s a perfect place to come and relax or for a whole load of fun and adventure. Sharm has it all.

Sharm el Sheikh offers all year round sunshine with plenty of spectacular beaches. Average temperatures during the winter months (November to March) range from 15 to 35 degrees Celsius (59-95°F) and during the summer months (April to October) from 20 to 45 degrees Celsius (68-113°F). The temperature of the Red Sea in this region ranges from 21 to 28 degrees Celsius (70-84°F) over the course of the year. It very rarely rains!

Sharm el Sheikh offers something for everyone and is the most popular resort on Egypt's Red Sea Riviera. Very popular with divers as it offers one of the best diving areas in the world. Beautiful beaches, a range of shops, restaurants, cafes, casinos and lively night-life - it's all here!

If you have had enough of the beach and all the activities why not take an excursion to places of interest. For example, you can take a pilgrimage to the top of Mount Sinai to see the sun rise, and then go on to St Catherine's monastery, the coloured canyon, a trip into the desert to experience life in a Beouin camp, day trip by boat to Ras Mohamed national park for sightseeing and diving.

A trip to Egypt is never complete without a visit to Cairo for the pyramids and Luxor for the Valley of the Kings. All can be arranged at the resort.

Egypt can be whatever you want it to be... action packed... a historic discovery... or calm and relaxing... the choice is yours. There is no end to the places to visit and things to do, or you could just do nothing and relax surrounded by some of the most amazing scenery in the world.

The Sharm El Sheikh area

The resort is quiet and peaceful yet only 20 minutes away from the larger areas of Sharm, such as Naama Bay and Old Sharm. The apartment has easy access to all amenities in Nabq Bay which is only a short bus or taxi ride away, including the local Metro supermarket and many excellent restaurants for eating out.

There are various beaches within easy distance (ten mins), there is the amazing public beach at Sharks Bay. There you will find sunbeds and bedouin cafes, bars and restaurants. This is one of the best locations in Sharm for snorkelling. At night time you can eat on the beach by candlelight in a truly romantic location.

Zouara beach - 10 minutes drive away. This is on a lagoon and has a shallow gently shelving beach perfect for children. The beach here is long, white and sandy, the reef is far out along a distant jetty so not ideal for snorkelling, but the views are stunning and there is a beach side promenade that you can stroll along for miles or cheat and hire a moped. There are also quad bikes available, horse and camel rides and children's battery powered cars.

Access is charged at 25LE per day.

Further a field there are many other fantastic public beaches as well as two water parks – all highly recommended!!

The Sunrise Tirana Aqua Park Resort consists of a 5 star hotel next door to our complex with a fantastic water park and numerous restaurants and bars. The hotel is open now for guests of Egyptian Experience to use the water park (for a small fee), bars and restaurants.

If golf is your thing, there is a 72 PGA Championship golf course only a 15 minute drive away. There are 4 sets of tees available, a driving range and 2 large putting greens. A new golf course in under construction just five mins away.

La Strada and Al Khan are the new entertainment centres of Nabq, Sharm El Sheikh's new hot spot. With a number of international brands, coffee shops, bars and restaurants and only 5 minute bus ride away. There is something to suit all tastes and pockets from KFC, McDonalds, English cafes and bars to Peking Chinese, On Fish, Onions and plenty of oriental cafes for authentic egyptian fare.
