From secluded coves and wide expanses of sandy beaches it's not just the stunning landscapes that attract visitors to the Island, but the variety of things to see and do. Rich in a wide variety of sporting and leisure activities, visitors return year after year to enjoy another holiday. Self-catering is the most popular option because it is both cost effective and offers flexibility with the freedom to come and go as you please.

The house is situated in Luccombe Village which is a beautiful private location just a short distance from Shanklin Old Village. The House itself is on a a private road offering quiet accommodation with stunning views over the sea and Luccombe Chine.

Shanklin has long been a location for family holidays, with a safe sandy beach and clear waters. Along the esplanade, which can also be accessed via the Cliff Lift, is a pitch and putt green, children's amusements, restaurants and car parking. Shanklin's pretty Old Village is renowned for its thatched cottages, quaint shops and old fashioned tea rooms. Shanklin Chine is a deep gorge carved out by a stream, where in the evening the waterfalls and woodland are illuminated, giving the gardens a totally different aspect and atmosphere, a must for visitors.
