It has now been extensively renovated and restored back to its former glory, as well as meeting the demands of the modern world.

The apartment comprises of two large bedrooms, which benefit from parkland views, and bathrooms. The living area is spacious and open plan, with separate seating and dining areas. Within the 2½ acres of grounds and gardens, there is the listed walled garden and summerhouse, as well as a private gate to access the adjacent picturesque parkland.

There are a variety of local amenities including Shanklin Cricket Club, the Big Meade Park with its open grassland, a duck pond and children's play area and historic St Blasius' Church. The Manor is a few minutes walk from the cliff top and sandy beaches.
