Home description

Located just a five minute from the town of Shanagarry, this newly built house is designed and finished to the highest standard. Using the local designs of Stephen Pierce the property is finished to the highest standard. Each of the four bedrooms is stylishly finished with flat screen televisions and wall mounted Hi Fi�s.

There are two double en suite bedrooms one upstairs and one downstairs. The other two bedrooms, located on the second floor are a twin room and a single room. It should be noted that there are zip lock beds so the sleeping accommodation can be tailored to suit your requirements(on request). All bed linen is provided however guests need to bring their own towels.

Downstairs the property boasts a spacious living area with an open plan kitchen cum dining cum living room.

The living area is beautifully finished. Features include leather furniture, a large wall-mounted, digital, flat screen television, and a stylish gas fire with chrome and white stone design. The television is hooked up to a PC offering guests free broadband internet access while also acting as a DVD player. (The Keyboard is wireless.)

The kitchen is fully fitted offering guests all utensils, delph, and crockery. It is beautifully finished in a cotemporary design using black marble counters and chrome finishing.

The property has a small open plan gardens. There is an onsite volley ball pitch and the development is surrounded by green areas.

Ballycotton, the surrounding landscape houses a wildlife sanctuary
that attracts a vast range of feathered visitors throughout the year.

Ballymaloe Cookery School, is located next door to the property and has beautiful gardens, a restaurant and a cafe.

•Shanagarry is situated just a little under an hour from the Cork airport. Cork airport airport is approx 45Km from Shannagarry.

• The closest port for Shannagarry is Rosslare which is approx 179Km(about 3hours drive) from Shannagarry village.

Conditions

The rates published are weekly rates, unless otherwise stated. During the peak summer season weekly lettings are from Saturday to Saturday. For off peak periods we can offer flexibility on arrival dates.

Weekend, mid-week and Bank Holiday rates are available on request by email or by telephone 0404 64608 (International 00353 404 64608).

Rates for Special Events may vary from those published.

Booking Deposit
An immediate non-refundable booking deposit of �150 per property is required to secure booking. For holidays costing over �1500 a booking deposit of 10% is required. The balance of the payment is required not less than 6 weeks before arrival date.

Electricity
The charge for electricity and heating is usually payable on-site. It is done either by metre reading or by a standard daily charge.

Bed linen and Towels
Bed linen is provided but towels may not be, please confirm when booking. When a rental is for longer than one week in order to request, fresh linen or a cleaning service a request must be made to the on-site manager. A fee may apply.

Cots & Highchairs
Cots and highchairs must be pre-ordered. An extra charge may apply.


Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is payable to the supervisor/caretaker on arrival. The amount will vary from place to place. The deposit will be refunded once the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been compiled with. It is expected that the homes be left in a clean & tidy condition on departing. All rubbish should be gathered and stored in suitable plastic bags.

Failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of security deposit. Any breakages should be reported & paid for on departure. Excessive damage to any property will be the responsibility of the person who made the booking.
