Stables Holiday Cottage is a cosy single storey 'home from home' adjoining a period farmhouse set in a lovely rural village in Hardy's beautiful Dorset countryside.
Open all year, it is an excellent base for all types of outdoor pursuits & ideally placed for enjoying a family touring holiday. In an excellent walking and cycling area, guests are welcome to bring their dogs, horses & cycles.
The picturesque Jurassic coast, lovely beaches, ancient monuments (like Stonehenge), the New Forest & great shopping centres are all available for fantastic day trips.
The farm has ducks & chickens plus acres of fields to walk around & enjoy our wonderful Flora & Fauna including Cowslips & Orchids. Adjoining green paths lead to a wonderful Butterfly Conservation area where you can explore & spot their beautiful butterflies & moths in their lovely habitat.
Enclosed, private garden means children or dogs can play in secure surroundings.

Dorset is in the West Country which is famous for it's Jurassic coastline including Durdle Dor, Swanage & Lulworth. Rolling countryside, fabulous beaches (like Sandbanks & Studland), wonderful ports of Poole & Weymouth. Lots of historic monuments like Corfe Castle, Badbury Rings & Rawlesbury Camp (near Hazelbury Bryan).
Hazelbury Bryan is featured in Thomas Hardy's novels & is a picturesque farming village in beautiful Dorset countryside near the town of Sturminster Newton which is an old market town that has historic water mills & bridges on the great River Stour famous for it's fishing.
