This is a two-floor, 110 m2 apartment.
On the first floor is a magnificent living room with a sofa bed, an open-plan kitchen and a toilet. On the ground floor are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Our house is situated in the most charming area of the city; an exceptional place for tourism, for walking and for enjoying the climate and the streets. In this area, one not-to-be missed monument is the Giralda, which is now the Cathedral tower, one of the highest in Christian churches. Other places of interest include the Alcázar, the Torre del Oro, the Casa de Pilatos, the City Hall, the Archivo de Indias, the Fine Arts Museum (the second largest in Spain in number of paintings), as well as the many convents, churches and palaces.

The Inland Andalucia / Sevilla Province region
Seville is the capital of Andalusia and the fourth largest city in Spain in terms of inhabitants. It is also undoubtedly the artistic, cultural, financial and social centre of the south of Spain. Many cultures have occupied this city throughout history, leaving a legacy of centuries of cultural, monumental and artistic heritage that we can admire in the city’s museums and above all in its streets. For good reason, Seville has been the venue of two world fairs: the Iberoamerican Exhibition of 1929, and more recently the Universal Exhibition of 1992.

It is very typical to walk around and enjoy the neighborhoods of La Macarena, Triana, Santa Cruz y San Bartolomé,Maestranza Bullring, Maria Luisa Park and the river and its bridges.
The Romans established the colony of Italica in the nearby town of Santiponce, the ruins of this city can be visited.
The craft of Sevillians highlights the work of ceramics, pottery, saddlery and imagery, especially in relation to the Easter holidays. Some of the most typical dishes of the cuisine of this city are "callos", "rabo de toro", "caracoles" and sweet as "yemas de San Leandro" and "borrachuelos sevillanos", although, in general, all local cuisine is exceptional.
The most important and popular festivals in Seville are Easter and the April Fair, which are held both in the spring. Easter is a celebration of a religious nature that has processions of different brotherhoods every day of the week, telling stages of the Passion of Christ, and Seville is the greatest exponent of this celebration. Sevillians are very proud of their April Fair. For one week the party survives day and night. In these days elegant horses and women dressed in traditional gypsy costumes can be viewed by the city.

You can get to Seville by land and air. On the road, through the various highways and national roads and AVE from Madrid; by air we will arrive to the Sevilla - San Pablo Airport.
