A private terrace with an overlooking to the 12 th Century Arab Almohad wall together with a great natural light creates an amazing relaxing environment within the loft. It is 110 m² big and is distributed in two rooms, one of them with a new, fresh and modern decoration; two bathrooms, full equipped kitchen and a very comfortable living room.

The Inland Andalucia / Sevilla Province region

Sevilla lies on the banks of the Guadalquivir and is one of the largest historical centres in Europe, it has the minaret of La Giralda, the cathedral (one of the largest in Christendom), and the Alcázar Palace. Part of its treasure include Casa de Pilatos, the Town Hall, Archive of the Indies (where the historical records of the American continent are kept), the Fine Arts Museum (the second largest picture gallery in Spain) , plus convents, parish churches and palaces.

Seville is really hot in the summer, especially in August, where the temperature can reach 45.degrees.
In the winter the temperature is relatively mild, where the temperature can be between 12-17 degrees.
Rain is uncommon if non-existent in the summer months of July and August, but there can be rainy days during the winter.

- The Cathedral and the Giralda (500 metres walk).
- Archivo de Indias; Alcázar de Sevilla and Santa Cruz quarter (600 metres walk).
- Plaza de España (1 Km. walk)
