“Villa-Andalucía” The ideal accommodation for your holidays and family reunions, sports, tourism and business trips in Seville (Spain).
Villa Pepa Luisa is a two-storey independent house located on a farm with an area of 11,000 meters. The garden, the swimming pool and the house has a surface of approximately 2500 meters. Located in the Aljarafe Sevillano 4 km. from the historical and commercial centre of Seville. In a quiet area with restaurants, very near shopping and leisure centres, a service of buses and bus stop every 15 minutes is just about 150 metres from the Villa.

THE OUTDOORS
The outdoor has a magnificent swimming pool where you can dine outdoors by the pool
The large garden with barbecue and picnic area invites to make a very nice lunch
It also has an outdoor toilet.



THE INTERIOR FEATURES
The house has two storeys to make two independent houses and connected each other by interior stairs. The house called “Villa Pepa Luisa” has:
2 bedrooms with double beds
1 triple room (queen-size bed + single bed)
1 bedroom with queen-size bed
2 bathrooms (1 in suite)
Kitchen fully equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and kitchen utensils
Dining room with fireplace and television
Laundry room with washing machine, drying rack, table and iron.
Terrace solarium where to Sun bathe with all privacy

The House called “La Finca” has:
1 main bedroom with one double bed
1 bedroom with two single beds
1 bedroom with three beds
2 bathrooms (one in suite)

Kitchen fully equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and kitchen utensils

Prosper Merimée's "Carmen", who couldn't make her decision between the officer Don José and the bullfighter Escamillo - the consequences you can watch still today in opera houses - was a worker in Seville's old tobacco factory. By the way, this factory serves today as University, a fact that might give you a glimpse on Andalusian talent for improvisation.
When you visit this city, you are in the very heart of Andalusian culture, the centre of bullfighting and Flamenco music. Take yourself time and take life easy, as Andalusians use to do, and interrupt sightseeing from time to time to have a few "tapas", those typical "small spanish dishes"
