Bankwell cottage is a recently upgraded mid terrace cottage in the heart of the lovely Dales village of Giggleswick. This picturesque cottage has all mod cons including wifi, plasma tv, private garden, garage and parking.

The property has recently undergone a complete refurbishment and is a lovely home with woodburner in the lounge, wood floor throughout, fully fitted kitchen/diner, patio doors to private courtyard, bike store, ample parking, downstairs wc and family bathroom, wifi, plasma with freeview, 3 good size bedrooms with bedding and towels provided. (weekly bookings). The kitchen has all appliances and I'm sure you will be very comfortable as this is a spacious cottage, but yet home from home.
The cottage is very popular with young professionals and families as there is walking from the door and an abundance of things to do.
The famous Giggleswick School is on the doorstep, also the Settle to carlisle railway. For the more energetic there is the great three Peaks to climb and return to the comfort of this lovely cottage.

Bankwell cottage is built in traditional Yorkshire stone with deceptively spacious accommodation. The bedrooms are all a good size and although a mid terrace it feels detached and quiet. The cottage has all mod cons including wifi, plasma, private front and rear gardens and luxury fixtures and fittings.
Arriving at Bankwell, you will quickly relax as the cottage has a very comfortable and cosy feel.

The property can be booked direct with the owner and a £100 deposit and a £100 security deposit which is refunded within 7 days of your stay. The balance is due 6 weeks before your stay.

The chocolate box village of Giggleswick is located in the Yorkshire Dales national park. The area is famous for its outstanding natural beauty, with walking and cycling very popular. The market town of Settle is a 10 min walk from Giggleswick and the famous Settle to Carlisle steam train and also regular trains to Leeds ciity centre and Skipton with its famous castle and market.
The Three Peaks are also a popular choice for the more energetic, but there is walking from the door.
The Lake district is only an hour away by car and many other Dales villages on your doorstep.
The Settle / Giggleswick area
Settle is only a short walk away and has many restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops, with a Tuesday market.
Giggleswick has 2 pubs, Giggleswick school, a small shop/cafe and 200 yards from the cottage is a playground with swings, slide etc... The Beckside location is gorgeous and very relaxing.
Settle has a public swimming pool, local park with playground, a good Booths supermarket

My boyfriend and I love the Dales visit the regularly. I found Bankwell Cottage on the internet, and what a find!
