Stepping Stones Barn is a stone built, semi-detached, barn conversion cottage next to the village green and the river in the village of Stainforth, just three miles from Settle in the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage has two double bedrooms and one twin room which with the addition of a family bathroom make it suitable for six people. The cottage also contains an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room. To the outside of the cottage is a mature garden overlooking the river with outdoor furniture and a BBQ, as well as lockable bike storage and off road parking for one car. The Settle / Stainforth area
Stainforth is a village in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Stone built traditional cottages, narrow lanes, the village church and the quaint old pub all go together to make this one of the prettiest villages in Ribblesdale. The village is about three miles from Settle, a bustling market town with excellent shopping facilities, a good selection of restaurants and a thriving market day, when the square is filled with stalls offering a wide range of goods. The Settle to Carlisle Railway, the most scenic in England features the occasional steam train, and the run across the Ribblehead viaduct with its twenty-four arches is an experience not to be missed.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
