The apartment is located on the street renowned as the birth place of Sete's famous son, George Brassens. Located at the top of a 3 and a half storey building, without a lift, this cute apartment has stunning views of the town and the Etang de Thau, an inland lake. The apartment is not overlooked and is very bright and airy with double french doors with a "petite" balcony in both the kitchen and living rooms.

The Languedoc-Roussillon / Herault region
Sete is a beautiful town consisting of a fishing port, numerous canals, an inland lake and beautiful beaches. Only 12 minutes by train from Montpellier , it is a great base to explore the Languedoc region all year round. Sete hosts numerous festivals throughout the year, for example: skiing in February, jazz in July, jousting in August, Christmas markets in December.

The apartment is ideally located in one of the oldest areas of the town. 2 boulangeries are located just beside the apartment, with a few bars, including a wine bar and 2 great restaurants within 200m of the apartment. There is a lively flea market held nearby every Sunday morning.

Montpellier airport is approxiamately 40 minutes away and is well served by both air and rail. The airport of Montpellier has direct flights from both Stansted with Ryanair and Gatwick with Easyjet. Further details indoors: On entering the apartment there is a double bedroom in front of you. Through a short corridor, a small shower room is located on the left hand side and a toilet on the right hand side. The corridor leads to the bright kitchen with a dining table. The kitchen leads to the living area with a comfortable sofa and arm chair. An arched alcove off the living area is equipped with a single bed. The french windows are equipped with roller shutters.

Bed linen and towels are available for hire. A cleaning charge of €30 is required on departure. A breakage deposit of €100 will be requested on arrival and returned before departure provided there is no damage. A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. Payment by credit card is possible.
