Villa Monte Verde is set in its own ground access is via a private track road with security gate at the entrance. There a 5 bedrooms which is located all on one level and lead off the long hallway. Located at one end of the hallway is a single bedroom which leads to a double bedroom with en-suite both furnished in neutral tones with a TV in the double room. Opposite is the entrance to the kitchen which is fully equipped. At the other end of the hallway is the 2 twin bedrooms these have fitted units and a full bathroom. The Master bedroom is fitted with units TV with en-suite bathroom.

The lounge-diner has been furnished in calming shades and has seating for 9 on comfy sofas along with a Flat screen TV, DVD player & CD. The dining area has seating for 8 people, doors lead out to the covered terrace which have steps down to the pool which is 3m x 21m and children's play area via a gate.

Pergola and BBQ area. Baby sitter available on request.

Villa Monte Verde is located to the village of Carvoerio, here you will find many beautiful beaches including the main beach in Carvoerio, Vale de Centaines and Benagil and many more. Located just a short drive is the Slide and Splash Water Park, Zoomarine, Algarve Shopping Centre, together with Cliff Richards vineyard. If you fancy some Portuguese sardines Portimao is wonderful for this and here you can also depart for various boat trips and deep sea fishing along with some retail therapy and markets. The Monchique mountains are approximately 40min drive offering you beautiful views across the Algarve, Albufeira and surrounding areas are about 20-30 min drive and here again you will find many night clubs along and bars along with beaches restaurants and lots of golf courses

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Linda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
