A beautiful 10x5m heated pool and a very attractive bar-b-q terrace with rattan tables and chairs, overlooking the pool. Perfect for those balmy evenings, relaxing after a nice meal, sipping a glass of wine and chatting with family and friends.

Located in Sesmarias, just outside Carvoeiro (5 minutes' drive). Sesmarias has its own mini-market, local bar and lovely Italian restaurant - all within 5 minutes' walk. At least 3 beaches are within 5-10 minutes' drive. Pestana golf resort is 5 minutes away.

Carvoeiro itself has the charm of a village - unspoilt, no high rise buildings, but many excellent restaurants and bars to enjoy.

Our villa management company will contact with you within a day or so of your arrival and you will have received their details beforehand, in case you need to contact them for any emergencies. You will have their mobile numbers for 24 hour access. They will also check with you about your requirements for maid service, which we normally offer once midweek and once at weekends, which obviously may coincide with your departure. Rest assured, any issues at all, our villa team are there to help.

hello Fiona, thank you for your feedback. Quite surprised at this review, when you left such a glowing report in our visitor book in the villa, saying what a lovely villa and how you had a super time and would definitely return ! ..... All because we asked you to pay £ 20 for a broken cafetiere, which you may not have used but certainly it was taken out of the cupboard and perhaps broken at that time. The maids could tell that most things had been taken out of the cupboards, probably looking for something. Regarding the air-con, we always check before arrivals, and it was all working when checked. At any time, gas can run out in the air con units, and this is out of our control. It was only reported that the air con was not cooling properly on the Monday, and by Monday afternoon it was repaired. You did not send any message or call the emergency number over the weekend to report there was a problem. Also we have never blamed you for the poor condition of the table tennis bats and we have now in fact replaced those which were not good. There was certainly no stale smell. My wife and I stayed in the villa 2 weeks before you and it all felt and smelt fine. The maids have been visiting the villa every week over the past 18 months, airing it and doing general cleaning. I accept the pool cover has not been working, for which I apologise, but in the hot weather it has not made any difference. It is being repaired now. What a shame !!!

Why can't I call Keith (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Keith (the owner) a message.

If Keith (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
