A fully equipped 2 double bedroom apartment , with additional two double (sofa) beds in lounge area, with a large balcony and roof top swimming pool. Bedding provided as well as a BBQ, outside table and chairs and sun loungers.

The Costa de Lisboa/Lisbon region
The climate here generally has a cooling breeze but is sheltered in the Arribida National Park. Close by are some excellent vineyards with a huge range of local wine to sample. Close to some of Portugals excellent Golf Courses on the Setubal Peninsula. Excellent diving can be found in Sesimbra off some of the local wrecks. Excellent seafood is found locally.
Sesimbra area
Situated in a quiet fishing village, with a 10 minute walk to a sandy beach. Plenty of shops, restaurants and bars to enjoy with the main speciality being seafood. Golf courses and diving near by. Only 45 mins to Lisbon with an excellent local bus/ferry service. Situated approx. 1 hour from Lisbon airport. Whilst in Portugal you must indulge in the local drink, enjoy a Caipirinha ... you'll be hooked !! Sesimbra is a beautiful and relaxing place, but also offers many local attractions, including several carnivals that run throughout the year, there are also castles, museums and other places of interest all in the surrounding area. The local fresh fish and fruit market is situated in the centre of the village, and its a good chance to witness some of the biggest fish you will ever see !

Guestbook for The Perfect Getaway
Hi Clare, We enjoyed every minute of the holiday and the apartment was very nice and spacious. Ana was very kind and met us when we arrived. The weather also treated us well with only a single shower and mild temperatures. We played golf every day at different golf courses: Aroeria, Quinta do Peru, Riba Golfe and Belas. In between golf rounds we visited Portinho de Arrabida (one of my favourite places). My friends and I hope to go again next year, and I will let you know as soon as we start the planning.
