The property is located in a private setting yet in under 5 minutes walk you have access to the busy Kairiba Avenue with it's shops and restaurants. The swimming pool is private and not shared with any other properties. The villa has a colour TV, DVD player.
Towels and bed linen are provided, there is an iron and ironing board, the cleaner can do laundry for a small charge.

The Banjul Region region
I've been visiting Gambia for over 10 years and have stayed in many of the main hotels. I chose to buy near Kairaba Avenue as it's well illuminated at night, there's lots going on and you can get to the main Senegambia strip in around 10 minutes by taxi.
The Serrekunda / Fajara area
The ideal destination for families friends or couples. Wonderful weather combined with stunning surroundings make for the ideal holiday getaway! With so much to see and do in the area you will never get bored!
Kairiba Avenue has lots of shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walking distance. Paradise beach and Fajara golf course are within a 30 minute walk or short tax ride.

Please note eletricity and gas are not included in the rental price. Electric is by meter system and tokens can be purchased locally through the security guard Yaya. In the event of a power cut a petrol generator is available and again Yaya can purchase petrol if needed. The cooker runs on a gas bottle which typically lasts about 6 weeks. Estimated costs - £20 week electricity, £15 for replacement gas bottle, and £10 to fill the back up generator with petrol. The house and pool will be cleaned three times a week within the rental price, additional cleaning can be arranged at a cost of 100 Dalasi per day if required.Enquire now
