    Nadine je suis déçu de votre message. L'appartement est neuf et à toujours été propre et très bien entretenu. Le ménage a été fait avant votre arrivée. Effectivement quand on rempli la cuve à fuel il reste une petite odeur résiduelle pour 1 jours ou 2. Je trouve votre commentaire un peu dure mais j'espère néanmoins que vous avez passé un excellent séjour.

    How do damage deposits work?

    If Franck (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
