A very large 50 m2 south facing naya with 3 large arched glazed windows and 2 glazed arches with doors. This room is perfect for late summer evenings and boasts wooden beamed ceilings, three seater sofa, two reclining leather chairs, desk and display cupboard. This room leads outside onto an open naya with seating area and leads to a large 100 m2 terrace with a dining area and a double gazebo for dining or relaxing with table and chairs plus two reclining steamers with drinks table. This area would be perfect for al fresco dining.
In addition, within the entrance hall, there is a library area with a large selection of books, including children´s books and videos for use during your holiday. Also, in the naya, is an assortment of games for those balmy nights with a glass or two of vino!!!!

.The focal point of the 5000 m2 grounds is the stunning 10m x 4m solar heated pool with Roman steps. The pool is gated for the safety of children and has the benefit of an outside shower. The pool is surrounded by a very large 200 m2 terrace and features 4 reclining steamers with drinks tables and 2 hammocks. There is a gazebo for the use of guests for that much needed rest and relaxation as well as a large extending dining table and chairs. From the naya there is also another 100m2 terrace with gazebos and dining seating which is perfect for family breakfasts. As well as the ample terracing and pool area there are also beautiful landscaped Mediterranean gardens.
At night the pool lights create a wonderful Mediterranean ambience whilst the gazebo dining area with seating for up to 10 has romantic fairy lights, making it perfect for al fresco dining on long summer evenings whilst watching the sun setting over the mountains.
The far reaching, panoramic views from this property are absolutely stunning. Sit down with a cool drink, relax and view this fabulous part of spain: from the beautiful village of Senija to Cumbre del Sol, Moraira, the beautiful Mediterranean sea, Cale rock, vines, olives, almonds and Col de Rates to the Sierra Bernia mountains. The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Welcome to this enchanting part of Spain. The region stretches from Valencia, the city that invented paella and is proud of it’s tapas, stages Las Fallas – Europe’s wildest spring festival – and is home to a 22nd-century city of Arts and Sciences, south to the city of Alicante, a bustling, bright port and holiday city with vibrant night life.
The coastline boasts some of the Spain’s finest sandy beaches, as well as delightful natural features such as La Albufera – a freshwater lake famous for it’s bird life, eels, flat bottomed boats and surrounding paella restaurants – and charming towns such as Altea – one of the prettiest little pueblos on the Valencian coastline – as well as the tourist Mecca of Benidorm with it’s superb beaches and fantastic night life.
Along the Costa Blanca – the White Coast – you will find some of Spain’s most popular beach resorts including Gandia, Oliva, Denia, Moraira, Javea, Altea, Benissa and Calpe offering great beaches, excellent sports activities, lovely marinas and fishing ports surrounded by restaurants and bars serving some of the best of Spain’s traditional cuisine.
The Senija area
This luxurious finca retreat is situated in the heart of the beautiful Jalon Valley that is quietly situated 20 minutes inland from Spain's Costa Blanca and offers some of the best scenery and climates that Spain has to offer. The Jalon valley is a spectacular and unspoilt place with a magnificent backdrop of mountains which surround the plains of olive trees, orange groves, vineyards, raisins and almonds. The area is full of natural beauty, traditional values and has a very hospitable nature.
The finca is situated within a 10 minute walk of the village of Senija where there is a small selection of bars and restaurants. Just a short drive from the finca scattered throughout the valley are unspoilt villages including Alcalali, Lliber, Orba and Parcent with a choice of hundreds of bars and restaurants that offer both Spanish and International cuisine.
The main town of Jalon is famous for its wine and produces in excess of 2.5 million litres a year, you can sample the Muscatel for which the area is famed as well as other wines at the local bodegas or better still accompanied with tapas at one of the local bars. The area offers a wealth of attractions including a large supermarket, hairdressers, bakeries, butchers, honey stores, beauty salons, newsagents and gift shops. The popular coastal resorts of Denia, Javea, Moraira and Calpe are just a 20 minute drive away whilst the bustling resort of Benidorm is some 45 minutes away.
Other places of interest in the area are A 5* paragliding school in Parcent village and paragliding from the mountain (Coll de rates), only a 10 minute drive from the town house. There is also the Donkey sanctuary in the mountains toward Bernia where one can offer support for the project by indulging in an incredible lunchtime feast with amazing views where all profits go towards the well being of the donkeys. There is also the famous mountain spring and walks on the Serra Bernia, only a 10 minute drive away. Around 50 minutes drive away are the famous theme parks of Benidorm, including Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, and Aqualandia Water Park & Wild Life Park. Historic Guadalest and the famous water pools and waterfalls are just 30 mins drive away. The area around the property is particularly good for walkers/hikers, cycling, bird watching and sight seeing.
There are several Golf Courses in the area most within 20 to 50 mins drive. Benissa 9 hole course 25 mins drive. Denia 18 hole course 25 mins drive. Altea 18 hole course 40 mins drive. Oliva Nova 18 hole course 45 mins drive.

Prices shown are for rental of the property per week in euros, on booking, a deposit is required equivalent to 30 per cent of the total cost of the holiday. The outstanding amount is due usually eight weeks before the start of your holiday.
A security fee of 500 euros is also payable eight weeks before the commencement of your holiday, which will be refunded to you at the end of the holiday rental period. This is to cover any damage to the property or its contents/fixtures and fittings. We will always discuss any deductions with you before returning the security deposit.
