Some of Bali’s finest restaurants are within walking distance, such as Ku De Ta, La Lucciola, Trattoria, Kuni’s and Mykonos. More than 20 restaurants in Laksmana Rd alone. Great beach only 10-minute walk away, fine sand and surfing.
Seminyak / Kuta area
The villas were completed in 2006 and are very spacious 3 bedrooms villas, each with a private swimming pool. The location is in the heart of Seminyak, and only 5 minutes walk to the Seminyak beach. Many restaurants and the famous Seminyak night life is within walking distance.
Seminyak Nightlife: Oberoi Rd (Laksmana Rd) has a few small bars and many of the restaurants such as Rumours, Ku De Ta and Hu’u are also popular for a late night drink. For the party nights people head to the nearby Dhana Pura Rd which is full of popular night spots, including the ever popular Santa Fe and Spy Bar. These places are packed with ex pats, tourists and locals, especially on weekends. Also a few minutes taxi ride away is Double Six Rd with popular places such as De Ja Vu (for the stylish crowd) and Double Six (outdoor disco for the crowd that likes to party until the sun comes up).
