Villa Dayak and villa Dayak-Asmat designed and built by Swiss owner, finished to Swiss standards. The villas are tucked in the heart of Bali’s trendiest and most popular area, Seminyak. They are situated in a very quiet and save residential area on Jl. Plawa, without any noise disturbance. Just 200 m leads you to the famous shopping street Jl. Seminyak and well known restaurants and a short walk to the beautiful Seminyak Beach. To Bintang supermarket it takes a 5 min walk. The DAYAK Villas are within a 20 minute drive from Bali’s international airport.

Dayak and Dayak-Asmat villas Bali are built each on 500 m2 land size. The villas are completely independent and separated by a 2,5 m high wall. They look same, also the outside area, but are completely separated. Each villa has of course its own pool. So you can enjoy your full privacy.

The Villas have a beautiful tropical adapted design, with a real personal original touch. A subtle combination of modern comfortable tropical living with a touch of antique ethnic art, creating a unique atmosphere secluded among lush manicured gardens. Managed with love and care, it’s our pleasure to provide you a personal service and make your stay in Bali relaxing and unforgettable.

Each villa features two air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, separate 60 m2 open-plan living area, with well equipped kitchen, separate dining and comfortable, romantic sitting space and private pool. To assure you optimal service our housekeeper and some of our staff are living in the staff quarter of the resort.

At Dayak and Dayak-Asmat villas there is space and comfort. The living and the pool area are spacious and the infinity natural stone pool gives you an impression to have a piece of the ocean in your garden. The rooms are comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, offering large cupboards and views to the garden and swimming pool. They are decorated with taste and with nice combination of colors. You will specially appreciate the en-suit bathroom with its own beautiful tropical garden. Luxurious queen-size beds with comfortable pillows and high thread count sheets and mosquitos nets will contribute to your healthy, recuperating sleep.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nicky (the owner) a message.

If Nicky (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
