The Bali region

Some of the best surfing beaches in the world can be found on the western side of the island whilst conversely the eastern side is a wonderful haven for families, with beautiful white sand beaches and gentle seas.

Leather ware is one of the unexpected local bargains with everything from handbags through to tailor made leather jackets and coats, all at unbelievable prices. Bali has an ideal climate mainly during the summer months in Europe. However temperatures even during the hotter months are still lower and it is cooler than in most areas of South East Asia due to light winds and breezes mainly from the West. You have all the possibilities in Bali for mountain biking, paragliding, safari tours, elephant riding, visit the bird park and the zoo, wind surfing at the most famous surf beaches in the world,
museums, painters, wood carvers, temples, ancient buildings, diving areas can be reached mostly in a driving distance of between 1 hour and 1.30 minutes. Comfortable, air-conditioned cars with English spekaing drivers bring you there with all the comfort and privacy; however at the same costs than using bus tours organized by travel agents. Massages, Yoga, Pilates, cooking classes, Spas and more can be arranged for you.

Seminyak area

In the area of Seminyak you will find the best sun sets. Whether you like to see it just from the beach only 400-500 meters away, you want to sit in the famous Ku-de-Ta Bar and Restaurant, you want to see it from the Tanah Lot temple, all is not far away.
Horse riding is available within close distance and so are tennis courts. Surfing? Just go to the beach.
Restaurants !! Hungry? What do you like? Economical or five star, Indonesian, French, Greek, Spanish, German, Italian and what else?? All in very short distance 5-15 minutes walking or 5 minutes by car.
Nightlife? Also very close by and in walking distance . Also the Legian area is only about 5-10 minutes by car depending on the hour of the day. You will like Seminyak and our place.

How to get there

International Airport of Bali is Denpasar ( DPS). Unfortunately there are no direct flights from Europe. You have to transit in Asia. Possibilities are : Quatar Airways via Doha, Thai Airways via Bangkok, Malaysian Airways via Kuala Lumpur, Singapore Airlines, Lufthansa, Quantas, KLM, Air France, British Airways via Singapore, Cathay Pacific via Hong Kong, China Airlines via Taipei, Korean Air via Seoul.

From the airport we pick you up with our comfortable air-conditioned MPV cars and bring you back to the airport after your holidays are over.

The modern villa is about 500 metres from the beach in a very quiet area and has all necessary and also luxurious amenities which you will find also at your home or at five star hotels. The service from our trained and friendly staff is unintrusive but polite, friendly and helpful. All bedrooms have king size beds and modern air conditioning- units. 3 bathrooms , a large terrace, private garden and own private pool and an air-conditioned living room complete the comfort of the villa. Satellite TV, DVD and CD are available. The Villa has a kitchen and bar counter with 4 burners, freezer, refrigerator, microwave and other kitchen appliances. Our staff will daily clean your villa, change the bathroom-mand the the pool towels, make the beds and brings you drinks and meals from our central kitchen. Hotel service at its best, but completely private and on your own. We speak English, Indonesian, Spanish and German and have a lot of knowledge to guide you through Bali. You can reach the restaurants and the nightlife of Seminyak as well as the shops partly by walking 5-15 minutes or use our unscheduled car service which can drop you in the Seminyak or Legian area. One strong point of the Villa is the peace and the tranquility of the villa's surrounding combined with the easy access to beach and all other places in Seminyak.

Your private garden and the terrace has sun loungers, benches, sun chairs to enjoy the fresh air of Bali without being watched by other guests. You are alone in your pool and can enjoy the natural beauty of your surroundings full of tropical plants, flowers, birds and a slight breeze.

Conditions

We have no problems in allowing pets. However quarantine regulations may obstruct the temporary import of animals.
Smoking is permtted and children are welcome. However the private pool is close to the area you are going to spend your days and constantly monitoring of the children might be necessary.
The house is suitable for elderly or infirm people however wheelchair access is difficult but not impossible.
We may consider long term leases of up to three months subject to conditions.
