About the home

Villa 2 is centrally located on the beach side of the main Kuta to Seminyak shopping street and also within a few minutes walk to retail shops, cafes, restaurants, night life and Seminyak beach.

Balinese owned and professionally managed you can expect the comforts and cleanliness of a home, friendly staff, low prices all year round and a wealth of local knowledge by the owners, who can also provide you with motor bikes to hire and tour guide/drivers to see other parts of the island.

The villa is in a quiet lane, amongst other rental and owner occupied villas.
A car is not necessary. Expect a taxi to go past within minutes. However, the villa has its own private off street parking.

Further details indoors:
The kitchen has a large family sized fridge/freezer for those guests who like to stock up on food and beverages. There is also a bottled clean water dispenser. Use for drinking and ice making.

There is also a laundry room with automatic washing machine. House keeping staff provide fresh linen and towels daily but many guests, especially those with small children, like the convenience of on site washing facilities.

There is also wood fired barbecue near the pool for your use.
The wireless internet uses prepaid cards. Rupiah 50,000 will buy 10 hours of usage.

The balance is payable 2 weeks prior to arrival.
A fully refundable security deposit (most currencies accepted) is payable on arrival. This is to cover malicious damage only.

The Seminyak / Kuta area

Located in the heart of Seminyak, Jalan Drupadi is a mix of western and Balinese villas and houses, local warungs, western cafes and restaurants, small locally owned retail shops plus some of the few remaining rice paddies to be found in the greater Kuta area. At the northern end of Jalan Drupadi is Jalan Oberoi (Kayu Aya ) - renown for its fine dining cafes and restaurants and retail shops. A new addition since 2010 is the opening of Seminyak Square. Numerous cafes and a world standard small supermarket in Casa Gourmet, plus a weekend open market selling locally made clothing, jewellery, arts and crafts. At the southern end is Jalan Dhyana Pura (Caplak Tanduk) - night life, bars, shops and your access to Seminyak beach. The eastern side is Jalan Raya Seminyak (Raya Basangkasa). The extension of Jalan Legian from Kuta Beach. Retail shops, restaurants, salons and day spas. To the west, Seminyak beach at approximately 1,000 metres. Seminyak beach is linked to Legian and Kuta beach by a shady, paved walkway.

“Absolutely outstanding” As soon as you walk through the ornate gates to the lush gardens and view the sparkling pool you soon realize that you are in your home away from home.this was our second stay at the Villa with our extended family, five adults and two grand children and I must say a grand time was had by all...!!!. the moment you meet Kadek and Pram you realize these people are your friends and that nothing is any trouble for them, from arranging tours or simply pointing you in the right direction for shopping or fine dining, which is all close by, but if you want to visit Kuta then catch a taxi at the top of the lane (Gang) they come past every minute and the cost is cheap around $3au. The Villa is open plan and at most times of the day a breeze blows through which makes for a cool place to lounge out of the sun. there is a balinese bale next to the pool..nice for that afternoon nap as well as sun lounges to improve the tan...a well appointed kitchen with a big fridge that keeps the drinks ice cold...the bedrooms are very spacious with King size beds and AC. two lovely girls Tina and Tari come each day and clean to a very high standard and the pool is cleaned every second day. again I can't say enough about the way Kadek will welcome you to bali and help you to enjoy your stay in paradise. we have been to Bali every year for over twenty years and generally stay for four to six weeks and staying at the Villa was a high light of our time the last couple of years. “We loved it.” Hi kadek, We arrived to be greeted by Kadek whom by the end of our holiday we are now friends. Nothing would have been too hard had we wanted any more than we had. The villa is lovely. Clean, quiet,private,close to everything, easy and has all the mod cons we are used to. So nice to just go up to the supermarket and stock our own big stainless steel fridge so if we didn't want to go out we just ate at home. Two lovely girls came every morning and cleaned the whole villa for us ( made us feel guilty as we were not allowed to make our beds or do dishes lol) and the friendly happy pool man popped in to keep our pool perfect. We stayed there for two weeks myself and two girlfriends so we had a big spacious bedroom each and huge open air bathroom each. I recommend this villa and it's people to anyone. We will be back there next year definately. Over all - we loved it there and it was cheap.

“A little slice of paradise for our honeymoon.” We stayed at the villa for 17 nights in September. We were well looked after by Pram and Kadek during our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed their hospitality. The villa was fantastic and the perfect place to relax on our honeymoon. The cleaners (Tina and Tari) came everyday and always left the villa immaculate. The location was ideal and you didn't have to walk far to access the main streets for shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. It was only about a 10 minute walk to the beach to watch the sunset. Pram and Kadek were readily available for any advice or questions. Gusti was the friendliest security guard, and Kadek even made us 4 lovely cakes during our stay. We definitely would stay here again, and couldn't have asked for more. PERFECT

“Great Balinese Hospitality” It was supposed to be a reunion holiday with another family for me. When the other family back out, I thought that my holiday would be a disaster. On arrival, I was met by the host Kadek and Pram. They were the very essence of Bali hospitality. The Villa looked exactly as stated in the photo and it was filled with warmth and comfort by the host. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to many shops and eateries. On lazy days, there is a restaurant nearby that you can just either eat in or takeaway. And spend the rest of the time lazing by the pool.And if you want a massage, there are about 3 nearby. The property was kept clean by 2 lovely girls and the pool was maintained regularly. Meeting Kadek and Pram was also like meeting an old friend. They make my visit very special and was very attentive to my needs during my stay there.I would highly recommend future guests to seek their advice/assistance before making any tour booking. They are very sincere in their assistance and would not take advantage of anyone. It was because of my hosts that my holiday was a success. I would certainly recommend this property to all.

“A wonderful relaxing experience” I stayed in this lovely villa with my family for Xmas and New Year. It has everthing one could want for a lovely holiday.. A very short distance to all the hype and shopping anyone could want wonderful resturants and a new supermarket just down the road.but all the peace and tranquillity of a residential area. The owners Kadeck and Pran couldnt have been more helpful. If we wanted to know anything we just rang them up and they were there for us. The villa was serviced every day by two lovely Balinese ladies so everthing was done to make our holiday a wonderful experience. All my family agree that we will be certainly going back to stay again .
