Brand new upmarket, two story villa with pool in an amazing location.
Upstairs has a large bedroom, bathroom and living room that leads to a balcony with views over the double six area. We are 5 minutes from the beachfront near double six. We have opted for quality when choosing appliances and furniture (not yet shown in photos) including a 43 inch TV. The living room has a fan and the bedrooms are air conditioned,
The villa itself is in a quiet local gang (lane) but is just minutes away from the exciting throb of the heart of the Seminyak, Legian area.

Further details indoors:
Lamac was completed in October 2011 and the quality of building is extremely high. The access is via a leafy green lane parrallel to jalan Double Six and about 300 metres from the beach. A high wall and timber gate surround the Villa making it very private and secure. Downstairs is a living area with doors that open the full width of the room so when sitting in the living room it feels part of the outside pool area.
There is a 43 inch t v and a fullu equipped modern kitchen. Also downstairs is a large bedroom with ensuite. Top quality furnishings and beds have been used throughout.
Access to upstairs via a wide marble and terrazzo staircase takes you to another living room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Also is another queen size bedroom and ensuite. This bedroom has views out the windows over lush green vegetation and sleeping with the windows open is possible as there is a mosquito net for the Bed.
The most attractive point about Lamac is the location. Whisper quiet and private it is literally minutes walk to the life and excitement of Seminyak and Legian. A short walk west along Jalan double six will bring one to the stretch of beachside restaurants and bars including Cocoon, Lannai, Zanzibar, Blue Ocean and Deja Vu.
Also this stretch of beach has the good surf beach breaks.
The Bali / Lesser Sunda Islands / Bali region
Bali is situated in the Eastern section of the Indonesian Peninsular and has a tropical climate with the wet season being in the months November to March. The outstanding feature of Bali as a holiday destination is the variation of activities and indulgences available.
These include fine dining in world class restaurants, art and culture, top class surfing, snorkeling, white water rafting, shopping, colorful markets and countless other attractions.
The Villa Nova is situated right in the heart of the popular tourist area and within walking distance to white beaches, restaurants and a multitude of shopping choices.
The Seminyak area
Legian is just North and adjacent to Kuta the centre of activity on this tourist island. It has a long, white sandy beach which has very good quality surf that is consistent. The beach also is lined with deck chairs, umbrellas and facilities to hire surfboards, have massages and other treatments. many bars, restaurants exist in Legian ranging from up scale to small and colorful street stalls.

Some of the Nite clubs include Deja Vu, Double Six and Cocoon. It is also well known for the range of shopping and Spas. Legian has life and activity which extends well into the morning hours and transport is very simple with a large supply of taxis and motor bike owners offering rides at a very cheap price.
