We own two caravans on the White Horse Park at Bunn Leisure in Selsey. We started off with a three bedroom (Borelli 1) in January 2012 which sleeps 8 people but found we rented it out so much we never got to use it ourselves so in October 2012 we purchased a second caravan (Borelli 2).
This advert is for Borelli 2 being the 2 bedroom caravan which sleeps 6.
If we don't have availability for the weeks you require please see our other advert for Borelli 1 which can been seen by going to:
The first caravan was purchased so that we could take our dogs, Boris and Ellie, on holiday with us. They thoroughly enjoy their long walks and swimming in the sea – we quite enjoy it too!
Both of our caravans are situated in a quiet location next to playing fields and are only a short walk from the main entertainment centre at the White Horse Village. You can take the courtesy bus or hop on the bunni train to move between the White Horse and West Sands resorts.
Entertainment Passes can be purchased directly from reception at White Horse and provide access to all the entertainment facilities on site, which include kids clubs, amusement arcades, indoor and outdoor pools, spa and gym facilities, fun fair, go karting and evening entertainment which includes some big name artists such as Billy Ocean, Alexander O'Neill, Ben E King, Mica Paris and various musical tribute acts. For further information on the entertainment and facilities available please feel free to browse the rest of our website, which has lots of information and direct links to the entertainment section of the Bunn Leisure website.

Borelli 2 is a 2 bedroom caravan that sleeps 6 with one double room, a twin room and a pull out sofa bed in the lounge. It also has its own private veranda.
We do provide duvets and pillows but would request that you bring your own, towels, sheets and duvet covers and pillow cases with you. Bed Linen only can now be supplied for an additional charge of £30 for each week booked.
The caravan has the added benefit of a gas fire in the living area which leads into an open plan kitchen with oven, grill, microwave and gas hob as well as a full size fridge freezer. There is ample seating around the dining room table meaning you can eat in or if you prefer, you can eat out at one of the many restaurants or bars on site. If you fancy traditional fish and chips sitting on the sea front watching the sun go down, there is an onsite fish and chip shop too.
We now supply a travel cot, high chair, iron and ironing board in both caravans.
WIFI is available in the Viking and JB Sports Bar.
The caravans do not actually have central heating but do have a gas fire in the lounge as well as an oil filled radiator for use if preferred instead of the fire along with oil filled radiators in each bedroom.
For further information on all the activities available, please see www.borellicaravanselsey.co.uk

The West Sussex region
The South East England / Sussex region
As a seaside town, Selsey offers everyone good beaches, clean water, wonderful seafood, excellent sea fishing opportunities and some of the best sunshine in the UK. You will notice that Selsey is a quiet place, not least because we don't have any through traffic, everyone who is here is here because they want to be.
Chichester Harbour in Selsey is one of the few remaining undeveloped coastal areas in Southern England. Bright wide expanses and intricate creeks are at the same time a major wildlife haven and among some of Britain's most popular boating waters. This unique area has quite rightly been designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Backed by the South Downs, the harbour is a series of tidal inlets, with a narrow mouth to the sea. Wind-sculptured oaks and haw-thorns line the coast. Saltmarsh and mudflats are havens for thousands of birds. More than 7,500 Brent geese overwinter on the intertidal mud-land and adjacent farmland and more than 50,000 birds reside in or visit the Harbour throughout the year.
Boats of all shapes and sizes make up the 12,500 craft that regularly use the harbour. Competitive and even international racing takes place among the 14 sailing clubs. A number of public launching sites around the harbour make it accessible for everyone.
Picturesque creekside villages encircle the shoreline, which straddles the boundary of West Sussex and Hampshire counties. These range from the vibrant village of Emsworth, to the beautifully quiet hamlet of Prinsted.
Visitors to the harbour will enjoy the miles of well-sign posted footpaths. Alternatively you can see the harbour from the water by joining one of the organised boat trips. The Conservancy arranges a year-round programme of guided walks and activities with events for all ages and abilities.
The Chichester / Selsey area
Bunn Leisure is in Selsey on the southern fringe of West Sussex. It is within easy walking distance of Selsey Village and its pubs and restaurants and the cathedral city of Chichester, dating back to Roman times, is less than ten miles away and definitely worth a visit.
If you want a day out there are a host of local attractions around Sussex and Hampshire including the picturesque market towns of Midhurst and Petworth. You could use Bunn Leisure as a base to visit the New Forest area with attractions such as the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu, Marwell Wildlife or hop on a ferry to the Isle of Wight or France is only a few hours ferry ride away, leaving from Portsmouth! .
West Sussex has been described as "retaining an aura of tranquillity and a sense of being away from the hustle and bustle of modern life". Iron Age hillforts on the South Downs are reminders of how people have relied on the chalk hills for their livelihood over the centuries and today, many visitors walk up onto the Downs to enjoy fantastic views. "Lovely caravan exceptionally clean considering dogs welcome"
We booked this caravan as we wanted to take our two dogs away with us, I have always feared taking my dogs away to a rented caravan for fear of it being a doggy smelling van, I now know this not to be the case , at no point did we notice any "doggy" signs , the area is lovely quiet out the way of the main site, huge playing field right next door for the children and dog walking, entertainment was great and facility's are all there. I would defiantly recommend this caravan for anyone who has pets or doesn't have pets as this caravan was immaculate :)

"Fantastic break away"
We stayed for 2 nights here with our 2 year old daughter and 2 dogs. Caravan is lovely and clean and looks brand new. I've not stayed in a caravan before and was very impressed just like a home from home. The beach is lovely and perfect for walking the dogs. The van is in a really nice quiet part of the site and deffo the nicest part. There's a big playing field that we walked the dogs on so that was perfect too. We will deffo be returning next year our daughter loved it! We didn't buy the bunn leisure passes but we did go swimming in the indoor pool which was only £4.50 each and under 5 I think go free. To sum up a great time was had by all of us. Communication with the owner was really good and we also got an early check in which was very nice. Already recommended it to 2 friends. Deposit returned the same day we arrived home. Would give this 5 stars!
I am so pleased you had a nice time and look forward to seeing you again soon. :-)

"Good value, ideal 2, with a few niggles sorted, better!"
Two of us stayed in this older type static caravan at back of large seaside park in Selsey. Difficult access for elderly/disabled, had to carry bags and linen across (muddy) field from car park. No linen or towels supplied. Capacious lounge, but small bedrooms, sleeping would be squeeze for more than 2 adults and 2 small children. Generally appeared unprepared for occupation, no gas, dog hairs on bedding, no instructions on how to operate equipment, no local info, no seating or umbrella for outside veranda. Lots of supplemental electric fires, shame integral heating system not up to scratch. Had to phone owner late at night to get new gas bottle fitted. Suggest more professional company to maintain it for her. Park has large swimming complex some 1/4 mile away, which costs extra to use, too far to walk comfortably? Visiting family in local area, but can recommend beaches at Wittering and Hayling, Town of Chichester (7 Miles), Portsmouth Quay (20 miles) etc. You definately need a car to make the most of this area, and if the park was busy, you might find the closeness of adjacent caravans a bit claustrophobic. However, in the low season, would recommend, as what we paid was good value for money, and the owner was pleasant to deal with.
Thank you for your feedback on your stay in Borelli 2, which is only 3 years old. Your comments are appreciated reference the cleanliness of the caravan and these have been taken up with the firm concerned. Our ad does state we do not provide linen and towels and is made very clean in our advertising along with the welcome letter that we supply, which includes what to do if the gas runs out. I appreciate that if you have forgotten to bring this with you, that it would be handy to have the information also in the caravan itself and we are looking to put together a guide for guests. We are now (at an additional cost) supplying bed linen following your recommendation. Many thanks again for your feedback.

"Home from home"
My husband, son (18) and I spent 3 nights at the Borelli 2 with our dog and it was great. First of all the accommodation was clean, bright and modern and had everything you could want. We have always been put off staying in accommodation that takes pets as they normally smell of them, this didn't. You wouldn't even of known dogs had been in it was so clean and fresh. As with previous reviews the football pitch next to the car park is a stone's throw away. Our dog made lots of friends on her walks round the field in the mornings. The JB bar is very dog friendly with cheerful staff. (As we arrived after reception had closed at 5.30pm, they had automatically passed our keys to the staff behind the bar). They also have WiFi. We didn't use any other amenities as with the weather being good we were out and about. Selsey high street is about 10 mins walk from caravan where they have Co-op, Budgens and One stop which is a lot cheaper than NISA on site. There are lots of places to eat with sitting outside from cafe's to pubs. We enjoyed the Life Boat Inn, which serves fresh fish. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay then this is it. Owner was very nice and booking was easy. Would definitely recommend staying here and we wouldn't hesitate in booking again. Deposit was returned promptly (the day after our departure).
I am so pleased you enjoyed your stay in Borelli 2 and hope to welcome you to stay again soon.
